1) You need a quiet background
2) No rotating chairs
3) Get the interviewer out of the camera's sight

i want to find and kill that interviewer. dude needs some pills or something to just keep his ass still. and you can tell hes shitting his pants toothe whole interview because hes sitting next to obie trice. props on the interview though.
