This forum is still cool, you just have alot of people on here that don't know they music. So when they come on here swearing they know what is going on, they have to get a music lesson and get sonned. This shit is starting to pick up now after these Crooked I and Snoop interviews.

I don't really post much anymore as i just don't have the time or interest like i used to, but to me the forum still seems tight compared to other ones i check on occasionally. Lots of people who don't have a fucking clue about hiphop, but then they can learn some shit here from some of the older heads. I've always hated how some of the "vets" stay hating on people with like ten posts who ask dumb questions, or people who aren't on the board daily getting dissed when they make a thread that was made last week. The only thing really wack about the forum is a small percentage of the guys (not all of them by any means) with like 20,000 posts who think they are the shit. In reality, some peeps just have more time to spend on here..............
But yeah, some of this Dipset shit is ridiculous, but whatever, that shit is mainly for attention, it doesn't really deter from the board, just check the threads you are interested in and ignore these punks and they will fall off. But another part of me says, fuck it, these guys must like Dipset music, or MC Eiht music, so its all good.
BUt really, i have been on the forum almost since the beginning, and it seems tight as ever. The problem may be commerical hiphop, especially westcoast, is at an all-time low point.
Lastly, MAJOR PROPS to all the mods and the guys who run this forum and DUBCNN, you guys are doing an incredible job. Peace

1st off. if it wasn't for white people. rap would've been dead a long time ago. second off, i think this forum is perfectly fine. sure, things here and there get a little annoying from time to time, but what doesn't in life? the good thing about a forum is that you can just turn off your screen and come back another day when things are "better". i haven't really posted at any other rap forums so i can't compare them to this one, but i can see how they all would be some what similar. personally, i take week at a time breaks sometimes from dubcc just to get a breath of fresh air. it helps. if you over-do-it, certain topics are bound to piss you off more than they would normally. when you come into a convo refreshed you have a more opinionated view and are less likely to blow off on some stupid hate thread tip. i feel the forum is fine the way it is. sometimes, people just get too into it...and it hurts everyone.

people that hate the whole million pictures on the sig thing... go to your settings and disable the feature... its the best thing ever... you wont see any pictures or anything in the sigs including no music in the sigs...... or avatars... so you will have a good site with just the text... i havnt seen any sigs in ages... i acctually trip out when i check the site in places im not logged in because the sigs are there and im like wtf?? haha lol anyway check it out and see how you guys like it... i know i love it..

people that hate the whole million pictures on the sig thing... go to your settings and disable the feature... its the best thing ever... you wont see any pictures or anything in the sigs including no music in the sigs...... or avatars... so you will have a good site with just the text... i havnt seen any sigs in ages... i acctually trip out when i check the site in places im not logged in because the sigs are there and im like wtf?? haha lol anyway check it out and see how you guys like it... i know i love it..

Not true. The stats show the forum is growing. It's not decreasing, therefore it ain't goin down the drain. Your analogy is off. The artist determines the quality of a record. The music in the market is what determines the quality of a forum's discussion.
As a matter of fact, this forum is going so well that people are making a big deal out of little petty shit like sigs. They got nothing else to bitch about but so they scrape for anything to whine about.
