now we heard e-white go crazy on some meech beats, especially on the track 'my life', which to me was one of the best e-white songs and lyrics, combined with a really classic meech beat. but who else would you wanna see on a meech beat. i mean we've all heard how good it is when snoop and meech combine. and also e-white.
but what about something like king t on a meech beat, or goldie loc (as a solo artist), or top dogg. u get the picture. wat do u think??????????????????????????????

unfortunately snoop has made two mistakes in my opinion. firstly, his choice of beats and secondly lyrical content. I understand he wants to make alot of money and get the mainstream fans, but at the u same time u must respect ur old school fans.
He should make an album like 'top dogg' or 'tha last meal', he should use beats made by meech wells and battlecat only. now imagine that album! that is why i have given up on snoop.....he needs to use those producers and feature the west coast geez, not that fag 'pharrell' and other dudes. how about he features some west coast gangsta's like king t, goldie, and kokane. I mean just with kokane and those beats by meech....snoop would be classic again :( :( :( :(

well that sucks. cos my fav beats on those albums were yours. i would hear the beat and then look at the cd booklet and see ur name, it was that smooth g-funk beat and sound that i got hooked on.
he needs to pay respect to those skills.

my guess is as good as yours homie. but i dont think anyone involved in the song would want to leak it, apart from legal issues, it means the artists wont make money of the song. but someone would own the copyright....so whoever owns the copyright can do what they want.

I have a few things to say about this, and I aint hating, just my opinion.
Whats wrong with Snoop working with Neptunes? I mean they some mean producers and have produced many major hits...Thats the point of being a recording artist...to make hits and get your $$$.
You may not like his new stuff, but word is that BCT is one of his most street albums in recent times. Snoop has always had the cream of the crop of producers to pick from. Aside from Meech, he has LT Hutton, Battlecat, Quaze, Soopafly, Jelly Roll, Fredwreck, Josef Leimberg and at times hes had Hi-Tek, DJ Premier, Dre....I mean he got a lot of dope beats to pick from, and he can't fit them all on every album!...But hey, theres the whole Dogg Pound and rest of WC and industry to supply that are in need of hot beats..
Not at all saying that Meech Wells aren't hot enough for his record right now, 'cause I love Meeches beats just as much as anyone....check my post in top 5 artists thread, I think I mentioned Meech in my producers who I would like to see go major (big name producers).
In all honesty, I don't think I would even know who Meech Wells is, if it wasn't for Snoop (Glad that you did 'cause your beats the shit), and my point is that whatever problems you have, it shouldn't be no big problem, because Snoop said in my peoples that basically he still wants to work with you. And thats what I want to hear good music, not little petty things that prevent you from doing that....thats on some TRUTH!!!
So you not on this Snoop album, so be on next album. In the mean time why don't you help Bad Azz out with his project, or Soopafly, or Western Union, Warzone, Kurupt, Dogg Pound, E-white like you doing...or whoever!!!!
That aside, my fav Meech Wells beats are:
No doubt, the craziest Meech Beats are when Snoop Does the Chorus, and Tray Deee spits the verses....In both Tha G in Deee & Now is the time....Meech this was when you were at your BEST IMO.

Nite Locs (Dggystyle all stars) Dope funky fun energetic beat...Love this track too.
Suited & Booted (Paid tha cost....) Very underated track....Love this beat....uplifting/funky shit
Go away (Last Meal) This cool track
In love with a thug (Top Dogg) This a dope street beat for a dope street track!
Betta Days (Co Pro Def Jef) (Top Dogg) When you feeling down this track gets your spirits going again!
Dog's get lonely 2 (Game to be sold....) This a real cool smooth track...Excellent production...another underated track....Love this REAL RnB track...not the RnB shit you hear today.
Last but not least Issues (Last Meal)....This dope funky shit....Remeber this shit "(Meechy made the beat)/ and you know when we get together shit, we like bread and meat//" Snoop Dogg......

The Neptunes have made some crazy joints for Snoop, and at times, have kept him relevant in the rap game. I give them props for the shit theyve done with Snoop.

Yep. This is one of the tracks that revived Snoop's carear when he had became a relic. Whatever happened to Meach Wells? He was puttin in alot of great work with Snoop back in 99-2000 and then he disapeared into that neverland in which many producers have gone before (Mel-Man, etc.).

no reason to do all that though. Snoop has made alot of "pop" songs, and I dont care to collect all his stuff (cuz all aint that great). But Snoop has major persona, of truthfully he has (and still makes) classic positive songs that we all live, learn and grow too.

He is reshaping his image because he is losing his long time fans. Think about it. After the whole Death Row thing, he went to No Limit. The 1st album there I will chalk it up and say that is the album Master P wanted. he wised up and let Snoop work with Dre and other west coast producers on the next 2. Fans were like, Ok the old Snoop is coming back. PTCTBTB comes out. Some cool tracks but completely different style than the earlier work. R&G is R&G and alot of fans are like WTF are we going to get this time. Granted during this time it has made Snoop into a icon, but he knows he had to bring it back to the streets before he lost that fanbase.

Now that he has shown that, he is settling in with a handful of producers. Some we like, some we don't. But yeah My Heat Goes Boom is my favorite off of NLTD easily.
