Cool but the thing is Snoop was talking about that Ne-Yo track and that Brandy, Pharrell track like crazy. Seems kinda wierd if you ask me but its probably better this way.

I thought snoop got arrested and being sentenced. He's still gonna release it?

yea that can't be the tracklist because the neyo and brandy song aren't on there and if you read the xxl review for TBCT they talk about the neyo song on there.
-
From what I remember, the Brandy and Neyo tracks arent on the album. im 99% sure, but there is a slight chance i may be wrong.
but yeah Like This features Western Union, Dont Stop features Warzone and Kurupt. 9 Inch Dix is also in on one of the songs, forgot which one.
but in regards to the XXL review, reviews are usually done way in advance of release. It was probably a good 1.5-2 months since they did their reviews.

It might have been for a limited time but there was a site you go on and download the 2 bonus tracks. Circuit City had 2 different ones than Best Buy. Give me a minute to find it and I can pm you the 4 bonus cuts if you want them.

I'm suprised we don't now for certain by now. Wasn't this and Jay's albums suppose to leak yesterday or somthing?

I wanna hear that murder murder track. I wanna know whats so controversial about it. It cant be worse then songs from dre's NWA period.

Maybe we will get the chance to hear that track. If I remember correctly Snoop said that the track will be featured on the animated movie based on the blue carpet treatment. Hopefully that's true.
-
im a bit cheesed off that only 2 dre joints made it onto the final cut and that boss life track doesn't sound all that amazing. it's really just imagine that we're listening out for.

Boss Life is Nice!!!

sounds alright, not what i'd expect from 1 of only 2 dre produced cuts on the cd. imagine sounded a lot more memorable from the clips.

Well, Dre went in the last sessions and actually worked with Snoop and we all know what Dres like.
Jay on the other hand got 6 beats from Dre but they didnt work in the studio together.

Yeah he emailed him like 25 beats. I think Jay is not as open to criticism from Dre. Jay is like just send over the shit already. Snoop knows that extra time put in personally with Dre is going to pay off and it will show on the tracks they do together.

Yeah, that's an important distinction to make, especially with Dre's beats. A lot of times, artists will promote that they have a Dre beat on an album, but the song really doesn't end up too hot...and we're like, "did Dre fall off?" The times when he just apathetically gives beats away for relatively cheap (for him), that's when his beats and the resultant songs aren't too great. It's all about collaborating in the studio with him, which produces the alchemy for a great song.
Good post.
