For me, its "Tha Blue Carpet Treatment" followed closely by "Laugh Now, Cry Later" and "Doctors Advocate"

I've gotta go with "Cali Iz Active."  That CD definitely dominated my summer, and that's when I like shit the best.  Maybe if TBCT had dropped in July or something it would have won, but we gotta keep the West Coast shit for the summertime.  Snoop's new one will stand the true test come June.  It just sucks ass to be bumpin that shit when it gets dark at 5 PM.  But I also really liked Too Short's CD, that would be my second favorite West Coast release.
