Damnit nigga I just put 24 big bottles of desperados in my fridge.. looks beautiful, I wish you the best luck tho but imo working out is the less annoying way of losing body fat. Food & Drinking are 2 awesome things.

Atta Boy Spice! But really you should run, or at least go play some basketball, the eating better will help you lose weight, but eating better is more about making you healthier. You gotta do that cardio or it will take DAYS to lose much weight, just cutting down the soda should help alot! But you gotta do cardio, and you can get a six pack

Diets aren't for women. People that say otherwise are just fat and lazy people who are jealous. Notice how burger king has to pull the "manly" card when talking about there artery clogging burgers. I eat a fairly healthy diet and catch a lot of shit from my buddies because none of them actually workout. I eat salads all the time them shits are delicious to me..

Subway is a rip-off. You're better off making your own samiches in my opinion.
I started a diet on Wednesday. I weight train 3 days a week, do cardio 4-5 days a week. I eat under 1,000 calories a day (not recommended by people, but it works for me). My diet has a good amount of protein, and I cut out the carbs completely-no rice, pasta, or bread. I get carbs strictly from fruits and vegetables.
I did this last summer and went from 175 to 150 in about 7 weeks. I even had a six pack. Good luck though Spice.

I actually just started something similar to this to improve my health. Not that it's bad, but i've been abusing my body (Drinking, Eating Fast Food Everyday) for awhile now. So now, I jog everyday to the grocery store to buy my meals, approxamately 3-4 kilometers. I'm eating more fruit and stay away from eating to much meat. I also, play hockey twice a week now so that's helping as well. I weighed myself on x-mas at my moms and i was at 192 lbs, the highest i've ever been is 195 so i knew it was time to cut out the shit. I'm on my 6th day now and i feel great. I have no desire to eat the other shit unless people are eating it around me, that's when i grab a can of tuna or an orange or something to eat instead. It takes alot of determination but i'm going through with it. I want to see the changes in 2 months from where i was at to where i am now,

Last October, I went on the same type of regiment. Nothing but water and freshly squeezed juices to drink, no dairy products at all, and I pretty much ate poultry and fish. I wasn't really trying to lose weight, just wanted to try something a little more healthy. Needless to say, the diet ended on my 21st birthday.

Man, I wish I had that problem of gaining weight instead. I get pissed when my homies eat a ton of shit and never gain a pound. I'll eat the same shit, and gain 5 pounds in a week.

I just fucked up. Had stuffed chicken marsala and tiramisu.
It's ok if you fuck up as log as you start back up immediately. If I lose 3 or 4 pounds this week, I'm happy.

Good luck with that, it's all about self-motivation. I find it hard when I am working short days, and I'm home around 2pm, when I get bored I snack, I need to cut that shit out. Also like you said drinking beer is alot of calories right there, but I am struggling to cut down my intake.
I'm tryna compile another two work-out days, it makes it more limited workin out from home, and I lose motivation always doing the same routine three times a week.

damn ive tried the exact same 3 or 4 times it didnt last my problem is ive got a taste for the sweet stuff the drinks is no problem same with takeaways but i just cant say no to sugary things but youve gotta work out to lose weight

BTW Sikotic 800-900 calories is about enough for a prepubecent females energy requirements. Eat 1800 calories and you feel better and keep some lean mass.

I've raised my caloric intake now and I take in more meat (no homo) for protein.
