but yea Lil Wayne is a completely different rapper than he was when he was a lot younger
as for Jay-Z, I have listened to his album a fair amount it's just blah, absolutely saying nothing

Lil Wayne and B.G. first showed up in a group in 1993 on the album B.G.'z- True Story. Wayne was named Baby D and B.G. was Lil Doogie. B.G. had more solo songs on the album and took over the name. When the cd was rereleased in 1999 it was labeled as a B.G. cd and the 'z was photoshopped out.

Jada and Papoose both lack charisma. They got skill, but they lack that special something.

Weezy got some good ish and his flow is unfuckwitable but some of his songs lack. When he does a freestyle hes always on point. I haven't heard one weak Jadakiss verse except for that Mariah song remix. Out of all the rappers that have come out 10 years ago or after Jada>>everybody IMO.

Wayne is so overated it's not even funny. He says he's the greatest rapper alive so much that people actually start to believe it. He's nothing but a punchline rapper with a voice that sounds like somebodys squeezing his balls.

Nas and if you are talking about rappers who do not have a commercial album yet check out Stimuli, the guy has way more talent than Saigon and is much better than Papoose, in terms of flow, lyrics, punchlines, wit, that guy is the shit. I have no idea what has happened to him since he reportedly got signed to virgin records though.

I agree. But even I gotta admit he is waaay better. A few years ago I couldn't stand him but even I went out and bought "The Carter 2". His verses on "Tell Me" by Bobby Valentino, his hook on "Make it Rain" with Fat Joe, and his verses on "You" with Lloyd were all on point. This talk about him being the best rapper alive needs to stop tho.
