Title: No offense...
Post by: K.Dub on March 11, 2007, 03:22:04 PM
...but some people are too obsessed with Dr. Dre and they gotta have ALL of his tracks. Even if they suck, cuz face it: Everything he touches doesn't turn to gold.

But why wouldn't people want all the tracks, it's like a jigsaw you put all the pieces together to get the bigger picture, to tell the whole story. You don't put half of it together and go "oh that's what it is, I won't bother doing the rest".

True, but in general, Dre's worst shit is better than a lot of people's best stuff.  Anything Dre produces is generally worth a listen.  Though I'm no completist; while I gotta plenty of rare/unreleased Dre tracks, I probably don't own 10% of what's out there.

People hype his shit up way too much. Most the stuff he releases these days are average anyways.

Yes it does, everything he touches turns into gold, like Bill Gates, word on the street was he's got a gold house, with a golden dog, and even has golden food.
