The Brotha Lynch Hung Track is amazing :o. All the bonus tracks are bangin. Only ones i aint feelin is the Too Short joint, the one right after it and the last joint with snoop. Other than that oh me oh my.

I ain't hatin. If you don't like it then yeah download it or leave it alone. The same people that complain about album sales aren't buying albums they like most of the time. I ain't worried about it, it would be nice to see some decent numbers from hip hop, indie or mainstream. I am in the same spot you in. If I got the money, I buy it, and if I don't, even if it is months down the line and I downloaded it, I will still buy it and support the artist. It's all good.

actual physical state - it's very raspy and cracked. It impacts on his delivery.
Maybe it's an age thing but it ain't as smooth as it used to be.

IMO, both. He sounds burnt out on some tracks. WAAAAAY too much weed or something. Other tracks it sounds like he is yelling too much on them. His flow is slowed down on the tracks l like from him lately. On Dogg Food and DR songs he slowed down his flow and lowered his voice and he was bussin on songs. Paid more attention to detail back then. Sounds like he is getting back to that.

Kurupt has the same dope flow like he has on "Same Day Different Shit". I love this album, it's hot as hell. I expected a lot after hearing 4 songs of it but finally they topped my expectations. I will definetely buy it, I hope it's in stores in Germany. Now I'm looking forward too see Kurupt on Friday when I visit the Snoop/Diddy concert in Düsseldorf.

After a couple of listens both on the computer and in the hooptie, the album is alright...I wasn't really expecting much from the album anyway, so the traccs I did like were a plus to me....I still think "Cali Iz Active" is alot better then this album...This album has a darker feel to it then CIA was...A few traccs off "Dogg Chit" combined with a few traccs from CIA would make for a real good album to rival their first release...Good to hear Bad Azz on a tracc, but I'm kinda dissapointed that there is no Lady Of Rage apperance on the album....I won't be buying it though

other than a few shitty lyrics and verses, the album is on some cool shit. Its always gonna be an improvement on CIA with Daz producing the whole thing. Hands down the best track right now is Where U From.
from the bonus cuts Blast On Em & Bucc'm are crazy (minus Kurupts verse, listen to it on bucc'm- its shocking), Blaze It Up was disappointing too. They should have just added the first two and made the record 16 tracks deep.

Kurupt might sound a bit funny but his lyrical ability is still there and then some. Daz's production is fucking banging, he might have had a little help from Soopafly, but it's still the shit.
My only real gripe is that some of the tracks could have been mixed better, coz the vocals get drowned out but this is a summertime album to bang in your car fo sho 8)

He;ll either be talking nigga this nigga that, bitch this bitch that or he;ll straight pick up a thesaurus or dictionary, chuck 10 stupid long words together that rhyme, and spit that in a verse

Yeah, Kurupt is not the same mc that he was on Death Row. He was not on Tha Streetz Is A Mutha either and that was dope. As long as he takes his time with his delivery and rhymes and puts forth some meaningful lyrics I am satisfied.

the bonus tracks are 3 of the best tracks on the CD, especially the Brotha Lynch track Blast On 'Em, they should've cut 3 songs from the original 14 and added these but still this album is very dope

even on the best songs on Kuruption (ask yourself, that's gangsta, we can freak it, game, it's a set up) he does not rip it like any of the above mentione DR work
on TSIAM he is outshone by crooked I and xzibit in step up, does not rip up 'welcome home' like he could have. is overly simple (if still dope) on who ride wit us...not ripping it up like the DR style, especially not lyrically, his lyrics are inconsistent and seem mostly freestyled which is cool I guess.
sorry ranting...anyway, I see what you're saying, he's matured alot in his topics (1 n 1 out for example) but his wordplay and vocab isn't what it used to be in how he uses them.

Realistically his wordplays on Streetz killed Doggfood. Puffin Blunts was bomb ass delivery a good beat and some goodish patterns, hardly any wordplays in that lol. NYNY is a good example of his wordplays, but that track can be outdone. Puffin Blunts has GOOD FLOW, like a majority of his pre-Dogg Food shit. Just good flow, - but really in terms of RAW LYRICS he's been above that level for sometime. I Mean compare lyrics of Da World to Puffin Blunts' verse and look word for word which is more raw and lyrical.
