Post by: We Fly High on May 06, 2007, 03:31:28 PM: damn good track. going to be a summer hit. t-pains on fuckin fire right now. I'm not a fan of him at all, but i dont dislike his music either. Fuck, i thought he was going to be a two hit wonder. with the "so sprung" and then the track with e-40 and then he disappeared for like a year. and now hes got like seven songs on the radio. its fucking ridiculous.

These are the T-pain songs and rankings from the Los Angeles Power 106 playlist.

Hold up, I have that 'Bartender' track on CD and I only got up to when T Pain says somethin' like 'she made us drinks......to drink' cuz, just wow, but when I downloaded it it said it featured Akon. I didn't get thru the whole song so I don't know if he's really up there though. ???

i think it gets put through a voice box or something (i may be wrong). But thats part of the reason i dont respect him as a singer.

He was with a group called the Nappy Headz before he came out as a producer and "singer", and they had a song that was somewhat of a remix to Khia "My neck my back" called "Robbery" and they still play it every once in a while. He rapped back then...I don't think he started singing until 04.
