It's about G-Unit rapstar Young Buck (the dealer) keeping a snowbunny addicted to coke so she keep coming back to him and giving up pussy.

The majority of the song (all Buck verses) focuses on threatening and manipulating Latoya (the young fiend) never to leave him or else he won't get anymore coke.  And she too addicted to leave him anymores.

The hook by Latoya doesn't even uplift the song, she is crying about trying to leave, but admitting she too addicted.

Buck ends the song with his last verse putting the dagger into the nail of the "girlfriend" and cementing verbally owning her into submission; making her give up any hope she had of getting off Yay and having a good life again.

Wow I did not get all that out of the song. I just thought it was about a relationship.

your avg. hiphop fan is probably more aware of the music than the local radio hosts anyway, and i doubt a lot of hiphop fans even caught on to that...
