What changes would you make to Graduation that would make it a better album in your mind. For me, i would get rid of the tracks barry bonds and drunk and hot girls. I would replace them with a collabo with Nas over a DJ Premier beat or something. I think you need to cover every region if your a big time artist, like kanye, to sell well, so do a track with Andre 3000 to cover the South. For the West, have a kanye solo over a smooth terrace martin beat. Finally, i think he needs a hometown collabo with lupe fiasco. What do you think?

I'd just get rid of "Drunk and Hot Girls" and have Wayne spit a better rap on "Barry Bonds". Or better yet, have somebody else instead of Weezy on Barry Bonds.
"Drunk and Hot Girls" could be replaced by this one track Kanye did a verse + chrorus from in a concert here in 2006. It was called "Brand New", or at least that's what I'd guess from the chorus. It was upbeat, energetic and sounded dope as hell. (I don't think it's been on any mixtape or anything, or has it?) It was basically just a flossin'/ballin' -type of track, but it would've been a whole lot better than "Drunk and Hot Girls" that's basically just a badly executed version of the same idea as Eminem's "Superman".

its funny cuz i like barry bonds, and hate lil wayne. Id take off the drunk hot girls song tho. That song is just unlistenable. Add that mysterious song he supposivley did with dre and thatd be one crack album!

I would of liked more variation in the overall presentation of the sound, from drum programming to synths. Thought the mixing and mastering was a bit off as it kind of reminded me of how records sounded in the 80's. I still like the album but felt it wasn't as entertaining as his previous efforts.

I always loved Kanye's beats he's got some of my favorite beats but for real as a rapper i dont like him rhymes i think there weak and i think his flow his terrible. WIth that said what i would do with graduation is take all those beats and put another rapper on it. Saigon maybe.

Oh snap, I never knew they put it out.
It sounded way different then though. But it was live, he had the live strings, DJ A-Trak doing the live scratches... It just sounded better. Plus he didn't say it was a track with Rhymefest, so I guess didn't know where to look for it.
But anyways, I still would've put that track on the album instead of Drunk and Hot Girls, even though that didn't sound nearly as dope now as it did live back then.

agreed MTL, his rhymes r simple as hell and his flow is so fucking annoying. Its the kind of flow you teach to a kid who cant figure out how to rap to a beat. Ridin the beat like that just gets old. the Barry Bonds track is fucking awful btw.

I'd pick a different beat for "Stronger" thats not sampling Daft Punk, pick a faster/better beat for "Drunk And Hot Girls" and have Mos Def actually spit a verse.

Just overall improve the quality of his raps. He has shining moments but a lot of the time he's not saying much.

sadly, this album is not as good as College Dropout, but then again, it's hard to top a personal classic. Overall, after giving the album a few days, just two things, maybe three. Get rid of Weezy on Barry Bonds, I actually like the song, but Weezy is AWFUL. Get rid of Drunk Hot Girls all together, Mos can't save it rapping, and add two of the leftovers on there, like Classic if he had the rights to that song.
