This is the shittiest package Ive ever gotten.
Burnt DVD, and NO COVERS OMG!. NOT even a CD CASE 4 ANY OF THE CD/DVDs.
I'm telling every1 about my BAD experiences with this CD/DVD and NOT to buy this crap!.
And there's NO WAY of me getting a full refund as I'm in Australia, been there , done that, and I'm NOT sending it back at MY EXPENSE EITHER!..
FUCK OFF with this CD with NO CASE and BURNT DVD with NO CASE package!.

I worked at a music store and local artists would do that all the time. You are buying the cd. The simple point is that Toones wanted people to get the dvd any way possible and not pay for it. This is just a outlet. His camp is not looking to spend a bunch of money for presentation and packaging for something he wants people to get for free. If he was going to do that, might as well sell it then. People first complained that they could not get the dvd anywhere, now people complain about the packaging.

I could see your point if you were buying the DVD itself and you got a burnt copy. But in all actuality you bought the mixtape whether you like it or not, with a Crazy Toones DVD bonus (which is what you got burnt copy or not).
My suggestion is to play the DVD and enjoy it. It still plays and looks good, right?

If I'm not mistaken, the deal was for you to buy the CD for 10 dollars, and then you get a FREE DVD for PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY with it. If it's burned, so fucking be it. It's for promotional use only, Toones put that shit out for free. You have no claim, it was a bonus gift for free, and therefore you PAID NOTHING FOR IT.

It doesn't matter whether or not you bought the mixtape for the DVD, all you did was buy the mixtape, and the DVD came for free. The only thing you can complain about is the mixtape itself. It's like if I buy a computer at the store and they give me a stack of 50 CDRs for free. If those CDRS don't work, it's not like I can return the computer because of that, it was given for free, so I have no claim.
