whats all yall plans for new years?
me and the homies just rented an Expedition suv, ready to go up to Tahoe tonight got a cabin out there, spending 4 nights until January 1st...
its funny cos its kind of like a kindergarten reunion... going up with like 8 cats ive known since i was like 4,5...
got a new snowboard ready to ride, and the snows falling, so everythings legit.

That's real cool man. I haven't been to Tahoe in a while.
I can't wait to turn 18 and actually be able to go to college parties on new years. My family always has a new years party and my moms makes me go EVERY YEAR.

Go to a party at one of my homies house .. New Year Eve never has been a big deal for me though .. I just party and travel when I feel like .. these dates are just commercial things for me

Yeah, I feel the same way. If you really think about it for a second (and perhaps that's why you shouldn't do it), why do you party on New Year's Eve? Seriously. I mean, if you've just graduated from high school or college, and you want to party, then hell yeah...I understand that. That's a good enough reason. But celebrating the first day of a new year? NOW HEY! THAT'S SOMETHING REALLY WORTH CELEBRATING RIGHT THERE!
Don't get me wrong. I don't have a problem with other people partying hard on New Year's Eve. Do you, I'd say. Whatever makes you happy. But me, I've never really been into it that much. I went to a New Year's Eve party last year with a few friends, and when it was time for the countdown, I simply couldn't get myself in that same overexcited state-of-mind that most people were in (most were drunk as hell too - and I don't drink).
So, what are my plans. I'm gonna earn myself some cash by working in a restaurant as a kitchen-help.

We rented a hall for about 60 people we hang out with. Were gonna have lots of food and drinks, and rented some speakers from the music shop. Should be a good time.

I'm gonna eat some good turkey with stuffing (meal of the year), git drunk, fire up some fireworks and drink even more!!!!!!!!!!
Everything is arranged, food, beer & vodka, cigars, firework.
I just need to find a party and some hooooeees!

Me and four other peeps are going down to Tempe to watch OSU vs. Indiana in the Insight Bowl which starts at 4. Then we'll run around on Mill Ave until one of us gets too drunk and kicked out of a bar. Should be a good time.

I bet, I want to travel to Brazil so bad, every dude I talked to who has either traveled there or lived there won't shut up about all the girls down there. I might hit San Diego for New Years, although I'm scheduled to work til 9, kind of lame. New Years isn't really a big deal to me personally, but all the parties and shit and everybody is doing something, so it's great. Last year, hit up the Play Bar in San Francisco, my friend knew this guy that rented it out, and there were bottles of Belvedere everywhere, I had Cristal (really didn't taste that good haha), and somehow managed to be messing with 2 girls at the same time as the ball dropped!! I don't think this year is going to be able to match up, but should be fun.
