pit bull to me looks so much cleaner and tamed then any other pet. if you have a trained pit bull, with good bloodlines, you can have him always stay calm and relaxed and have some crazy colors on the dog. i have an orange tiger striped american pit bull with olive green eyes, hes a great dog.

probably if you trained it.. but for real though dogs are a bigger part of society then what cats are.. There are many dogs today that have jobs just like a human would.. for instances guide dogs, police dogs, security dogs, army dogs etc.. Cats arent as cleaver as people believe they are, they just have a cunning instinct.. where dogs have the ability and skills to be trained in various ways.

Cats don't do those things cuz they CANT. Look at their size. And even if they were big enough, they're way too smart to serve humans. Would you serve another human? Would you be a police assistant if you were commanded to? Would you sit if you were told to? Dogs are simple-minded. No sophistication. For example, cats know how to sit on command, but you usually wont catch them doing it unless there's a reason. Hell, there have been cats out there who have been taught how to speak words! Cats look at themselves as top shit, though, so they don't just bend over for people. Everything you described is pretty much exactly why cats are more like humans.
Cats are driven by what they feel and analyze. Dogs rarely analyze shit. THEY are the ones driven by instict. if you start jumping around in a room and a dog is in there, he'll start jumping around too. At least if you're gunna stick up for dogs, use the right arguments...PeACe

Dogs are very humanistic. I'll have to upload some flicks of my dogs. I can speak from experience. I've had dogs my entire life. All my dogs have been very alert. Hell, my dogs sleep like humans. My dog Steve, he's a Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix, will push the covers up and get underneath them to sleep without any help. He learned that on his own. He does the same on the couch with the pillows. His sister Minnie will jump in my bed with him every morning and stay asleep until I wake up. My dog Tiny, he's a Beagle/Dachshund mix, sun bathes for real. LOL. Dude is like a human, gets mad grumpy when you bother him while he's sleeping. I've never seen a dog do that. He will also look directly into a camera whenever you tell him to. Shit is funny. I got plenty more explanations as to why Dogs are humanistic, moreso than any cat that I've ever seen.

They all let me know when they want to go out to the bathroom. My dog Tiny will scratch the door to let me know he wants to go into the front yard to sun bathe and he'll scratch the door to let me know when he wants back in. You've obviously never a had a smart dog.

Cats just have their own minds, that´s why they can´t be trained to get the paper, sit, come and bark. That makes them so special to a lot of people cause they are royal animals, for a domesticated animal they still decide when they want to be around a human and not the other way around. A dog is happy about the company of humans and a loyal animal.

Yup...You can train cats to do things (use the toilet, speak, etc), just not to serve you. cats will do things on command only if you give them a reason to. That's why you can never connect with a cat unless you pay it attention. If you see it as just some cat around the house, then it will never respect you.
