Fuck yah man, i was talking to Fase like last month, and i was like damn it was crazy back then when there was 4Bent and all them dudes in Compton back in like 04-05, im like wtf happened man, hes like i dont even know it was 2 good to be true and it all got fucked up so damn fast, hes like i miss that shit too. He must be a happy guy right now, so am i lol, hope to see Fase fuckin with Game on the music tip sometime soon, imma talk to Fase again too!!!

Funny about how everybody forgot about the Fase's label, what they hell is gonna happen with that crew? Although this is great new, I just hope Fase doesn't bring every artists he had to BWS. Since the roster right now needs to get more exposure instead of more members. Not saying Fase is entirely giving up on his label project but we haven't heard shit from them in months.
I don't know.. hopefully that gets all worked out. I am sure they are dealing with that. That's a question for Big Fase tho.

Good interview Styles. I couldn't care less about the whole Fase situation but I'm happy it'c coming in June. One Blood was released 3 months before the album dropped, so we might expect a street single in March already.
About Dre, that whole him coming at the end thing sounds disturbing. Because it probably means he'll just give him some unifinished loops, like he's been doing since Big Bang and it will push the release date back.

First it was going to be The D.O.C., which stood for The Diary of Compton. He then switched it to L.A.X. I don’t want to give too much information on it because he wants to be the first one to speak and reveal everything, but the album is definitely crazy! We’ve got Dre on the album this time around.

Just my honest take, I rarely believe when a rapper says that they will retire. The normal routine for a rapper is that they will make albums until they can't make them anymore (such as no label wants to put them out or nobody wants to buy) or until they find another field to be even more successful (such as movies, clothing and other businesses).

i agree about his new shit being worrying though but i know if anyone is gonna get dre to bring his westcoast game poppin its game...no offence to 50 but he seems to have lost his chemistry with dre....snoop and dre shits tops nothing but bct was a huge dissapointment...maybe they been through too much drama?....eminem gets a distinct type of dre beat and i dont think bishop has been gettin that energy out of dre or we would have heard more than no stoppin carson from them two....
dre and game will come strong because he knows game knows how to get shit poppin on albums....so dre will have to step up or get clowned on.....
im still with wcsoldier on this however....i cannot believe it will happen....i doubt they will even get in the studio together.....in the end we'll probably hear the same old....50 blocked it....aftermth dropped it....jmmy was feeling it, curtis took it from him....and so on....i would love for it to happen because it would also mean that they would be workin on detox aswell but i cannot see it happening....i hope im wrong though.....

they always had problems and they love each other too, they like real family...
truth is though that though when the wash ost came out dre wasnt pleased with the work that snoop put into it because at first it was meant to be a break up 2 make up reunion with basically just snoop n dre but then they started to put alot of other rappers on it and dre got people like knockturnal on it to try and blow up and it ended up being a compilation....word at the time was that dre was kinda pissed at the effort snoop put into the album im comparison to himself with him doing so much of the production and snoop just leaving a few cats with dre most of the time....i think that shit was fixed though but then when dre eminem xzibit and so on got into beef with j dupri snoop called them out for being bitches dissing him and hiding whenever the name suge knght was mentioned...so that def hindered there relationship and plus the fact eminem would get beats off dre like its nothing and snoop would have to pay alot for beats....and real hiphop fans would choose a snoop/dre collabo over a eminem dre collabo anyways because there is really not much that tops that....there was also the whole snoop needs dre things goin on and the whole dre needs snoop thing...where people were like "snoop cannot make hits without dre" and "dre cannot make a dope album without snoop" so i think snoop went off and proved basically he just needs talented people of similar creative energy to himself in the studio with him and that was proven when he made some crazy hits with neptunes topping it off with "drop it like its hot"....i think they did start to talk and resolve there petty shit though but i mean egos get bigger and u cannot keep coming back and bringin that same chemisty everytime u know?.....on TBCT it seemed forced....the beats were average and snoop didnt have the same energy on them like they used to...the beats were not even westcoast flavoured....so im hoping dre and snoop chill a little more before working on detox and get some real funky shit out because when snoop and dre bring there A-game together....its always a classic....

truth is though that though when the wash ost came out dre wasnt pleased with the work that snoop put into it because at first it was meant to be a break up 2 make up reunion with basically just snoop n dre but then they started to put alot of other rappers on it and dre got people like knockturnal on it to try and blow up and it ended up being a compilation....word at the time was that dre was kinda pissed at the effort snoop put into the album im comparison to himself with him doing so much of the production and snoop just leaving a few cats with dre most of the time....i think that shit was fixed though but then when dre eminem xzibit and so on got into beef with j dupri snoop called them out for being bitches dissing him and hiding whenever the name suge knght was mentioned...so that def hindered there relationship and plus the fact eminem would get beats off dre like its nothing and snoop would have to pay alot for beats....and real hiphop fans would choose a snoop/dre collabo over a eminem dre collabo anyways because there is really not much that tops that....there was also the whole snoop needs dre things goin on and the whole dre needs snoop thing...where people were like "snoop cannot make hits without dre" and "dre cannot make a dope album without snoop" so i think snoop went off and proved basically he just needs talented people of similar creative energy to himself in the studio with him and that was proven when he made some crazy hits with neptunes topping it off with "drop it like its hot"....i think they did start to talk and resolve there petty shit though but i mean egos get bigger and u cannot keep coming back and bringin that same chemisty everytime u know?.....on TBCT it seemed forced....the beats were average and snoop didnt have the same energy on them like they used to...the beats were not even westcoast flavoured....so im hoping dre and snoop chill a little more before working on detox and get some real funky shit out because when snoop and dre bring there A-game together....its always a classic....

i can't prove the opposite either, but i haven't stated that i was 100% sure that those 4 weren't dre beats.

it's been a while since it happened, so i'm not 100% sure; maybe a dubcnn staffmember can clear this up.
besides, on that page, they were also selling breathe eazy, and i think that track was already released on a mixtape ( besides, it has DJ tags on it).

That's the difference, every rapper is lyring about the release date ;D At least for the past 3 years that is. And if 50 hadn't got Curtis pushed back I'm pretty sure he would've released it, since he was so passionate about 5th GRODT anniversary.
And I'm quite sure that 50 gave Game those beats. Afterall it was Dre and Jimmy who stepped to 50 and told him to take Game under his wing, he was probably missing those hit records (like Doctors Adovcate does). 50 goes to his vault where he has a bunch of songs with 1st verse and a chours and picks 6 songs.
BTW I hope we're on the same page. We are talking about beats here, not how Dre guided Game in the booth. That I beleive happened a lot and the outcome was great.
And let's say I give you Westside Story because that is the most westcoast sounding beat on Doc, even that was cheap of Dre. All he did was take the exact guitar riff from In Da Club and piano keys from Still Dre (no wonder it was a Storch co-production). Mary J. Blige beat was boring as hell, it was more for Mary then Game but Start From Scratch was amazing.
Tpying this words, I'm still wondering why the hell weren't GRODT, Documentary and Big Bang released in instrumental.

Game is about 80 percent done with his next album, LAX, according to his camp. The man his DJ, Nu Jerzey Devil, is calling "A-Game" has been working with producers Cool and Dre and Scott Storch, among others, but there's word now that he and Dr. Dre are hooking up again too.
"[Dr. Dre] dropped some stuff off," Nu Jerzey Devil said. "But I'm not sure if Game did anything to them yet." Game has been working in Miami and Los Angeles and should be ready to drop sometime this spring. The Compton, California, native has also reunited with his estranged brother, Big Fase, but that hasn't stopped Game from continuing to tell his guys that LAX will spell el fin for him.
"He's fed up with all the BS," Devil said of Game's plans to retire. "Unless something tremendous happens with this album, he'll probably fall back and play the executive role. But this album is sounding better than his first two. He's at his peak. I'mma do everything in my power to keep him going. I think everything will be good."
