Honestly, what kind of gratification do you get out of killing a dog like that? Something has to be seriously wrong with you psychologically. I could never do that to any animal.....even a cat and I despise cats.

It's not just U.S. soldiers. It's a psychological thing when it comes to people that have some sort of authority. Everyone from prison guards to mall security guards, a good percentage of them will do stupid shit and try to abuse their power. Throwing a puppy off a cliff though, that's a bit extreme.
