Cheers homie. Cant wait 4 the rest of the othr intrviews

Dope interview man. Kam had a lot of real talk to say in that, especially the whole black & brown misconceptions going on here in L.A. (and here in Long Beach).
-
Kam's final words are about as real as it gets. He's easily one of the brightest MC's in the game. His 1st two records are going down in the history books.
Did you ask him about Guerrilla Funk and Paris?
-
great interview. props!
-
Laconic: thanks a whole my homie
bundy: i appreciate that a whole lot. It ain't nothin, I HAD do it 4 ya 8)
323dpgc: check it out and leave ya thoughts in here
styles: Props homie for makin this all possible ;)
kurupt: Thanks a whole lot. Really? he gave some long answers, we chopped it up on the phone for like 40 minutes for this interview. I didn't include any Qs regarding appearances on 'self and kind' because he made it clear warzone is #1 priority and there are some things to still figure out with his next album..i respect your opinion though
Mista CHILL: Thanks buddy. He really did, it was such an enjoyable interview. All the small talk between me and him was great. He mentioned reading my Yung Bruh interview and told me a few times how dope it was and he couldn't believe I did that.
Chad: Thanks, I feel its my best as well. Great track indeed 8)
Laconic: They really are. He is very bright indeed. I did not, my bad.
Lu: Thank you
props to all!
-
just finished reading, good interview... answered some questions that I had 8)
-
DOPE SHIT LUNA!! keep bringin that good shit homie. 8)
-
Did you ask him about Guerrilla Funk and Paris?
yeah,I would like some info on that as well. A Kam album produced by Paris would be dope!
i'll mention it next time. I didn't want to include to many "any contact with" questions (did dre and cube and nate dogg as a follow up question) or else it'd get a bit repetitive..
-
major props G!! I love Kam He ill MC one of the best the west has ever offered. Dat "I don't Think So" track was so raw it was another level shit. Can Someone UP Murder Dem Murders?? Major props to tha G that hollaz at Kimboz request. 8)
-
Luna u the homie, u kno i got luv 4 u. I aint disrespectn u f u think i was. Wit me i always expect a long intrview & wanting 2 kno a few things that i gave u info about. U done a gd job, best 1 4 me.
-
LOL... I spoke to Jazzy the other day about that mixtape and he said that he was given new songs to add on. I am going to have to clown on my big brother with this.. 8)
-

-
Kimbo: Thanks homie. He is definitely dope.
kurupt: I know u do, it wasnt nothin like that. I was just explaining myself, u are definitely still the homie. no disrespect taken at all. Thanks a whole lot
Styles: LOL i got kinda shook when he said that, but i was bout 98% sure it wasnt out yet..LOL
skeptic: i cant express how much i appreciate it. I didn't do a Knoc interview yet LOL..maybe that was the one he did for dubcnn or rapindustry.com...I work for raptalk.net...I still have a Knoc interview planned though plus PLENTY more with Mathmadix ;)
Chad: see my response to skeptic lol
-
oh for real,
yeah it was the rap talk one, I just assumed u did it cos I think u posted it up & i remember reading in a post u did once saying u were going to interview him
-

it was rap industry, not rap talk..yea i posted it as a fan, not as the one who did it..lol its all good though, i definitely do see were the confusion came from
look for a knoc interview within the coming months..i got some other immediate ones planned right now
-
propz dope interview

Dope. When it comes to laying down a verse do you like to write something down or do you just go into the booth and freestyle it off the top?
I have never freestyled a verse in my life. I freestyle the attitude or the style and delivery of it; that is the only thing improvise on the spot according to how I feel about it. I am in this game for different reasons than most. I love the art of hip-hop, I love the meaning and the lyrics; I am a lyricist. I enjoy the degree of difficulty; which is what gets me excited. I enjoy somebody so clever with the super grip firm of words and we call that a synonym, metaphors and similes. Im into the lyrics and making it something clever so I can get a few points across. At the same time me being a conscious rapper making it some conscious shit makes it more difficult, its to a higher degree of difficulty. People today do not want to hear preaching. I am able to say some conscious shit in a street way with swagger on a banging beat. That is why I am in a class of my own right there. I am not saying I am the tightest in any of those areas but all of them together do. I have so many of those abilities, which is why I have been able to last in the game.
You Did a Great Job Luna!!!
Thank you very Much for asking this question!!
Glad to hear What Snoop did in trying to get these Guys A Deal!!
now It's Up to Them!!!
With support from the Fans, I'm sure they make it!

You've been doing a good job thus far.

Nice interview man. I am proud of the work you putting it man. Sounds like that Warzone album is going to be a good one. Look out, Doggystyle Records is looking like it is going to do some damage this year.

thanks a whole lot D. I couldn't do it without all the motivation and love i get from everyone here. That is why I am always trying to knock some out and gain more contacts and improve my skills as well.
That album sounds very good. I expected those appearances besides Warren G. Not that they dont fuck with him, just been a minute since we seen Warren fuckin with them, so that's great.

The Warzone tracks that appeared on Goldie Loc's Eastsida record were dope. Especially the one Warren G did.

you can't ask props.
NO NO NO ;D
-
real dope interview, +1 Lunatic.
-
props!
-
thanks for the interview :)
to be honest i'm more interested in a Kam soloalbum than the warzone project but i'll check it out when it drops.
Did you ask him about Guerrilla Funk and Paris?
yeah,I would like some info on that as well. A Kam album produced by Paris would be dope!
i'll mention it next time. I didn't want to include to many "any contact with" questions (did dre and cube and nate dogg as a follow up question) or else it'd get a bit repetitive..
true, but Paris could provide the platform for a new Kam soloalbum; Kam isn't really able to put out an album independantly by himself (yet) and no label wants to work with him he says.
Murder Dem Murders was my favorite track in 07,and is still in HEAVY rotation.
yeah i've been listening a lot to that track too; the first time i heard it i thought the track was a little repetetive though.
shame it was never really finished.
-
props to all once again!
-
Luna your doing the damn thing! really refreshing to hear Kam speak on alot of things, the man seems very opinionated yet humble at the same time. Looking forward to the Warzone project
-
props Lunatic, great job with this one!
-
like I already said, some really good shit Luna.Good to hear from Kam, it's really been a minute since the last time
-
props Lunatic, great job with this one!

yep,Warzone donīt feel natural :P
But I see what Snoop is trying to do though. ;)

I suspect that Paris is a control freak,I mean he wrote all of Chuck Dīs lyrics on "Rebith of a nation".
I also suspect that he told Ren to not to cuss on the track they did together,I mean when was the last time you heard a clean Ren verse/track? The only one I can think of on top of my head is "Mayday on the frontline" OG that appears on the CB4 OST.
How long has Kam been signed to Paris again? There must be a reason for that almost no material is produced (that we know off).
Murder Dem Murders was my favorite track in 07,and is still in HEAVY rotation.

Iīve said it many times, shit sounds like a 2007/8 version of NWA.
Love Kamīs lyrics, the beat is fire.... damn I miss hardcore shit like this! :D
-
Eddie: thanks a whole lot for that my dude, I appreciate the positive feedback.
props 2 all y'all!
-
props.
dope int.

But I see what Snoop is trying to do though. ;)
yeah; i doubt it will sell well ( not sure how much the big squeeze sold) for an indie record, but perhaps the release could still spawn interest for Koch to sign the group members as 3 soloacts ( in our case, we're mainly interested in Kam  ).

never really looked it like that. but yeah it was kind of strange that he wrote the whole Public Enemy album and demanded Ren not to cuss
offcourse it's your theory, but the control thing could explain why the Ren soloalbum on Paris' label was cancelled ( Paris said that Ren decided to retire, but Ren is working with RBX now, so his comment doesn't make any sense :-\ ).
by the way, are you sure that Kam is signed to Paris' label? i thought he was just an affiliate (aka a Hard Truth Soldier :D)?

yeah the lyrics are Raw 8)
anyway, i thought that this was a little confusing:
regarding the Murder Dem Murderers track, do you own the rights to that?
That beat belongs to Dr. Dre but the lyrics are mine; I wrote that record. It was originally in response for when they executed Stanley Tookie Williams. It was never really finished and a lot of people got real scared over that record. I am known for saying stuff that is super politically incorrect and its too much for them. I have to respect that, I dont want to get anybody in trouble that is not ready for trouble (laughs). I was born and raised in trouble so I dont really care.
if the beat belong to dre, why was Kam able to put it on his myspace page :-\
-

Goldie ainīt that bad,but I donīt really see him as solo artist. Maybe itīs because Iīm used to hear him with Tray-D?
MC Eith is a real hit and miss dude,Represent was the last album I really felt from him. :P
Kam,hmm itīs been a while since "Neva again". His last album was so,so it had a couple of dope tracks but overall it was little ehhh :P
I suspect that Paris is a control freak,I mean he wrote all of Chuck Dīs lyrics on "Rebith of a nation".

Well,itīs only a theory not a fact ;) ;) I just found the whole thing a little odd :P.
But it could explain why Ren cancelled the project and why Kamīs project is still in the air.
by the way, are you sure that Kam is signed to Paris' label?
i thought he was just an affiliate (aka a Hard Truth Soldier :D)?
Nope,Iīm not sure. ;)

props, keep up the good work that was a real good interview.
