Neptunes actually owned Timbo on this one, all the beats are on some 2050 type. Timbo on the other hand is starting to repeat the same pattern over and over, he needs to take a break for a while. Don't get me wrong, you can tell they worked hard on those 4 beats, some nice beat changes in the end of the tracks, but every Timbaland joint since 07 sounds like a Loose/ Future Love Sounds/ Shock Value leftover.

^ I agree, Timbalands stuff, except for the single, which does have a catchy beat, sounds like the usual stuff.

madonna jumping all over neptunes and timberland now ?

everytime she realises an album she jumps all over what ever producer is "hot" only a couple of years ago it was dance music.

i dont blame her but i get fed up of the media saying she is re inventing herself

I expected a somewhat decent album, considering there's a lot of Neptunes/Danja/Timbaland production on it. Well, I couldn't be more wrong. I like the joints with Justin Timberlake and the rest isn't all that good. "Spanish Lesson" sounds like "She Likes To Move" from N.E.R.D.

neptunes have always been one of the best in the business BUT i gotta laugh how the white pop cats be milking these hiphop niggaz to make them hot agan. They already know these cats are the best hitmakers in the business and make sure they use them everytime!!

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE WITHOUT TIMBALAND AND NEPTUNES, HE WOULDNT BE NOWHERE, THEY GAVE HIM THOSE HITS WHICH MADE HIS CAREER.

looks like madonna is going the same route as justin in terms of production as justins first album, imma have to check it out for the neptune beats!

Milking? I'm sure they made good money by doing some work for and with Madonna.

Pharrell has always been more creative than Timbo, it ain't no news here! ;)

I honestly have no idea how anyone would want to peep this shit.  I sure as hell don't.  How many fucking albums can we hear some random pop artist backed by the Neptunes / Timbaland / JT?  That shit is so fucking played out.

And does she realize that Candy Store's title sounds like 50's Candy Shop?  Like I said, the same bullshit recycled over and over.

Fuck this album I hope I never hear it.

True but sometimes,in order not to be overshadowed by th enxt prod, especially a 'Hit Maker' like Timbo, one tends to work hard, be more creative. Thus the reason why they trump Timbo on this album, as it appears!

Timbos beats on here ain't amazing, but almost every other song he's made in the last 3 years has been amazing. Timbo has a perfect sound, he just didn't give his best on here.
