It has been ah whole week since i last had a Ciggerete... and i perpared a speech... so here it goes!!!
I would like.. to thank God... for giving me the strenght to quit... it is a struggle that i can handle.. i would like.. to thank M dogg because i actually know.. him.. and i think he knows.. me... i would like.. to thank Tom because.. he need to be reconized.... and thanking him for all those crazy stories..... i would like.. to thank blade.. for the other night.. when i would normaliy be smoking but.. we chatted on AIM.... I would like.. to thank Maxi-Pads... because i think he told me once to quit... but i was like.. NAH!!! i would like.. to thank Sub-z.... who is just on my buddy list.. and kind and always writes *LOL* and thats about it..........
:D........ honestly though.. don't start smoking because it is a hard habbit.. to quit..and yes i still want one .. but i have to be stronger then that!!!

I know that the girls i've dated that smoked had nasty breath, LOL. You can taste it, it's disgusting. It's like licking an ashtray.

all i've had is like 1 toke, and a couple spliffs ;D
(weed got me addicted to nicotine in the first place.. so i had to give that up 2)

That's a huge accomplishment. Just keep it up.
I wish my mom would stop smoking. It's absolutely disgusting. She's addicted to that crap badly. I mean she saw her own mother die of lung cancer back in 97My grandma mos def got lung cancer from smoking because she smoked 2 packs of Kool Kings(and those are strong ciggerettes) since she was my age Now my mom smokes as much as her and I'm really concerned cause if she keeps up the habit she will most likely die of cancer at a young age too. Now that's unbelievably stupid.

shit does anyone have a strategy so i can quit/. i know how tough it is ive tried...i made it 3 1/2 days cold turkey w/out even a puff ( i been smokin for bout 5 years)...and then it happend..i started feelin sick and cold, and light headed so i gave in...i had to....and i havnt tryd quiting since then, which was about 3 months ago...good for you tho im proud you quit

I wanted to quit.. for awhile.. then i got my tongue pierced... and that ment only two a day... in the morning when it was time to rinse my mouth out... then again at night.. when i had to rinse my mouth out again.... i did that for two weeks.. and by the 3 week came.. i really didn't want a smoke.... which is cool.. because... i use to smoke up to half a pack a day.. that is 10 smoke.. a day...

AWWW.. i hurt my little suby-pooh feeling.. ok... i want to say a special thanks to Sub-z *in my special voice* because he is the best little nazi in the whole wide world.. and need all the thanks in the world.. for spreading hate... against jews and mexicans... i thank you most kindly Sub... for helping me stop smoking :-)
