thats a broad list to choose from....u got the atl sound, new orleans, memphis, mississipi, houston......

If Virginia is considered a Southern state then put Timbaland at the top otherwise:

1. Organized Noize/Earthtone III
2. Scarface, N.O. Joe and Mike Dean as a team.
3. Jazze Pha
4. Mannie Fresh
5. DJ Paul & Juicy J

P.S. Shouldn't this be in the Outbound Connection?

If there were a MOD to outbound connection...it would get moved there, but we gotta wait on RUD or 'Seer to move it

i consider VA south.....and yea i thought i was putting this in the outbound shit....seeing as i was starting my cinco de mayo celebration a day earlier i wrote this when i was alittle tipsy i thought the damn thing was in outbound...sorry
