My home has always been my place to go
When I was sick of everybody just tryina show
How cool or great they are or what they got
People tryna impress eachother by buyin alot
Of material things, mostly useless shit
That the press and the media persuades you to get
And their biggest focus is to make you forget
Your loved ones, your family or also your pet
The world nowadays is strictly bout the money
If you got it, you can have anything, the hottest honey
But what about your own life, your goal?
Society takes yours away to give you their own!
Without ever takin notice you do what u see
On TV, at your pc or on the streets
Thin about it, this shit is weak
People with their head straight ain't allowd to speak!
I go to school daily but I feel like a stranger
Who they tell what to do and slowly I build up anger
But I can't let it go cause Im not alloud
To come and wake up these people layin' on their clouds
And dreaminlike everything is perfect and right
I swear one day Im gone buy a ticket and fly
Up in the sky and wake those fools up
Whos favorite words and actions are CORRUPT!
They got the whole word under control and are scared of the hole
That would let them slip thru the clouds and fuck up their goal
Anf if you still dont know who the fuck Im pointing at
Im speakin to George Bush, Blair or that Saddam Hussein rat!
Mothafuckas gettin the world in danger over these stupid issues
And they know damn well a war would be of no use
But to terrorize the World and kill innocent men
Who just a week ago were happy citizens
But what should we do? They got us holding on,
And a bomb could explode before the break of dawn!
The politics are a mothafucka, they COULD be great
But all they doin' at the moment is fill us up with hate
And degrate, all the people tryna resist,
Only way would be for all of us to throw up our fists,
And fight against it, but be careful we aren't like them
We don't lit fires, drop bombs or do terrorism
A better way we'll find, and no doubt we'll be on the grind
Whenever we get a chance to move things, tough as wild lions
Gotta get up our ass, fight and try to get back alive
Im sure that if we resist long enough we will make it
No more so-called democratic presidents runnin' our shit!
Cause we're strong, stronger than you could ever imagine
When we celebrate, we blaze up a joint and drink out some gin!
That'll show you we're a team and will continue to stay in!
Well that was my message to ya'll, i hope you catch my call
Keep ballin and make sure you never fall
So I guess thats it, those were my inner feelings
And people, keep your head up and TRY TO MOVE THING!
