i got all excited for nothing

they went thru a lot of trouble to make this though

still think they should make this a real movie with a real Lord of the rings type budget scale

I love the Zelda-games... but there would be many obstacles to overcome if they were going to make a decent movie of them.

Especially the budget - as you said, they'd probably need something of a LOTR-scale, there's nothing crappier than an adventure-flick with crappy effects and actors, wack sets etc. It would have to be big.

Another potential disastrous move, would be to make the movie to "light" and childish... That would be a big probability tho.

Video game movies tend to be really bad. Pretty good trailer for being fake though.
