The best cure is sleep, hydration, and solid foods. Vitamins are good too if you have any.

^^ and add a really good shower, the kind that washes away your sin from the night before lol.. honestly, eat healthy too.. fruits, veggies, lots of water and it should be wonderful.

Right, showers usually help with the gross feeling. I even like to run it on cold after about ten minutes of hot just to shock the immune system and hurry up my body's recovery time.

if you have work then coffee and plenty of water helps, smoking a tonne of cigarettes eases the pain too.
