A somewhat subtle homage to the originals of this old school hip hop, The Sugarhill Gang. In the public eye, Lil' Rob is channeling his pre-Chicano self in hopes of uncovering the Lighter Shade Of Brown in him. But what do you guys think?

Man. I like Lil Rob but this songs trys way to hard to be a club song. Fingerzz is a dope producer but those strings sounds are stright from Candy Shop.

Common Sense
ect. ect. you know, that stuff you hear that sounds good and flows with the beat,
not all choppy like they reading a piece of paper and lacking energy. Lil Rob needs to drink a 12 pack of red bull next time he hits the booth,
even Breal and cypress hill had energy, ... you can't just grab the mic and sound like a lame on the beat, you know what im saying?
Lil rob rhymes, i can't deny that, but they are nursey rhymes.
