Title: Jay-Z: Some People Hate Appreciation Thread
Post by: D-Nice on October 03, 2008, 07:52:33 PM
Sorry yall I am on my Jay Z kick right now. Off of the slept on imo album Blueprint 2. One of the best Kanye beats ever to me. The 2pac biting was a bit much but other than that this song is insane.

aite this is my take on jay-z

dont own a jay-z album
dont listen to him on the regular

but IMO over the years he has dropped classic shit

but I had to start listenin to him more and I gotta say homie can flow and hes got his own style!
yeah he can still rap (others like to disagree)

but he keeps comin wit it

I mean some of my favorite songs

bounce
beware of the boys remix
change the game

shit theres a few

Jay is a legend in the game, anyone who disagrees has no idea wht they are talking about.

This is sick song, but i think Kanye has produced better beats for Jay

blueprint 2 probably shouldve been a 1-disc but I'm glad it wasn't because the 2.1 joint had a terrible selection

my list of the best of bp2 + best of both worlds that fits on one cd:

A Dream
Hovi Baby
The Watcher 2
Take You Home With Me aka Body (Best of Both Worlds)
Excuse Me Miss
Honey (Best of Both Worlds)
All Around the World
Poppin Tags
2 Many Hoes
Bitches and Sisters
La La La (Excuse Me Miss Again)
Diamond is Forever
Guns and Roses
U Don't Know [Remix]
The Streets (Best of Both Worlds)
Some How Some Way
Some People Hate
Blueprint^2

final time: 1:19:51

had to sacrifice some good songs, but thats what b-sides are for
