Marlboro Lights.....perpetually trying to quit. But I am a high strung person so its hard to. But I want to quit. I work out a lot and I still run 3 miles 4-5 times a week but I know the smoking will eventually catch up to me. I quit over the summer for a month. And after the first week I felt great. I didn't have to force myself to initially work out. It felt great waking up and not having my lung feel like they are carrying a extra 10 pounds in them. I save a lot of money. But I went back like an asshole b/c some shit hit the fan.

my first day of tryin to quit once again. i swear to allah everything reminds me of smoking. everything/everyone pisses me off. nicotine is a helluva drug. i gotta quit though im startin to cough and hack and sound like weezy jefferson,so its long overdue.

To all the people that say that they only smoke on occasion. Thats how I started. It was once and a blue moon when I was stressed. Then it was just on weekends. Then it was buy a pack on days when I felt like shit. Then it was whenever I need a smoke *lights bogie*
