Obama is claiming this taped radio interview from 2001 on some public radio station in Chicago was fabricated by John McCain and Fox News.

::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

Shouldn't it be rather easy to determine if this is fake or not? Like, addressing the radio station or some shit?

I'm not a republican. Posting fake audio ANYONE can identify does not affect me.

The interview I posted, however, is very real. Josh Andrews acknowledged it on his blog and he was the one who recorded the interview.

What's so bad about redistribution of wealth? Obama's plan is give tax cuts to everyone under 250,000k (More money back then McCain would give them) and tax everyone over 250,000k more. How can anyone who's not rich, not like this? 95% of the population will benefit, the wealth is being spread to YOU. When Palin stands in front of her crowds and says Obama wants to redistribute the wealth, what she doesn't say is, almost everyone in the crowd will get a BIGGER tax cut.

Because redistribution of wealth is socialism. Obama can stand on his soapbox all he wants and claim he will lower taxes for 95% of Americans, but I know that is far from the truth. Clinton said he'd lower taxes, but my check stub said otherwise. Plus, Obama would have the senate and the house on his side if he is elected. There is no way he wouldn't try and pull some funny shit.

Democrats are being elected in very conservative districts, so Obama knows very well that he's still going to have to be center-left to have a Democratic Congress as well.

The very idea that poor blacks and Latinos deserve taxpayers' money is ridiculous. They deserve to live in poverty for being so lazy.

That's all fine and dandy, but who is Obama to say that redistribution is what is going to work for America? He's no economist. He is looking more and more like Jimmy Carter. Everyone can say what they want about Bush, but Carter is by far the worst president in history.

This is true. If people want to be lazy, they are free to do so, but they shouldn't get my money for being so damn lazy.

However, there is a flip side to the coin. There are those few who are impoverished, yet want to make something out of their lives. To those people who are in need of financial assisstance to help them get out of whatever problems they might be having, I have no problem pitching in a little to help out. We are, after all, the most generous country in the modern world. But there needs to be substantial evidence that these people we are giving money to, as taxpayers, so we know OUR money (not theirs) is going to buy drugs and other bullshit.

That's the dumbest response I've ever heard. You've been watching too many Sarah Palin rallies. Most capitalist countries have similar methods of taxing to Obama's. Obama's policies aren't his blind ideas, he has advisers, PhD's in economy, billionaires like Warren Buffet.

So I guess you would like to just cut off those half a billion lazy African kids who will never find a job. No more aid for the lazy! Listen, people don't choose to be in poverty. Simple statistics says, if you're born poor, you'll stay poor. Their ain't 6 billion jobs in the world. Their ain't 300 million jobs in the US. Some people, no matter how hard they work, don't have jobs! They can't get jobs, because theirs not enough! Obama's plan has nothing to do with taxing you, and giving it to an unemployed person. The plan is, give 95% of everyone a tax cut, and tax the super rich more. You don't make 250,000$ so what the hell do you care. You're wealth isn't being distributed, you're gaining wealth! Like you should, to make up for all the mistakes the rich make, that effect you're life.

The rich are to blame for EVERY problem on this planet today. From poverty, to global warming, to out sourcing of jobs, to the economic crisis. The rich hate you. The rich will fire you to save a nickel. But ohh ohh nooo nooo the poor rich, we can't tax them more! It's socialist! Fuck the rich. The rich are the reason you're not rich. The rich spend billions just to keep you from becoming rich. They don't like you, they don't care about you. They care about one thing, money they don't even need.

Take you're rich sympathizing somewhere else. It's not socialist. And everyone with a brain now realizes after the current crisis, Capitalism and the free market, are fucked! Their designed to keep the rich, rich, and the poor, poor. That's the way it's built.

And you obviously don't know a damn thing about American history. Didn't we get into this once before? Socialism is a bad thing. There are very few social programs which uphold the status quo. Obama is Jimmy Carter all over again. Overtaxing the rich will only make them take their money out of the market. This is the same market in fear of a depression and job losses after it fell into the toilet. Do we really want the people who you say ruined this country (aside from Warren Buffet apparently ::) ) to take away the only lifeline we have? I'm sure you aren't out there creating jobs for people. We aren't "most capitalist countries", we are America. We need to start doing things that are right for out country instead of what is considered worldly. This isn't a time to be fucking around with how people spend their money. Especially rich people, who spend more money in taxes already than you will see in your life.

If you want an example, look at the oil cartels. They are very rich. We can sit here all day and bitch about how oil prices are too high even after the decrease these past couple of weeks, but they know damn well all they have to do is say the word and America is cut off from it's main source of energy. It's the exact same way with the rich of this country. They hold the power right now because they hold the money that creates capitol for businesses. If the government starts taking away that money so they can give it to a bunch of poor people simply because they are poor, the rich folks are not going to spend a dime.

I don't need "simple statistics" to know that the reason why a lot of people in the ghetto stay in the ghetto. There are plenty of women who pop out baby after baby to keep getting a check from the state, and there are even more men who claim disability or whatever to get on welfare, then they deal drugs and make money TAX FREE. Drive down any street in the ghetto and I guarantee you'll see at least 3 guys standing on every corner and I bet they all have drugs.

That is the reason who "wealth redistribution" doesn't work. Believe me, I want to trust in the inherent good of people, but the fact of the matter is, if you give people an inch, they will take a foot. They'd rather fuck around and see how far they can push the system than actually trying to better themselves and better their community. And if you tell me welfare fraud isn't prevalent, you are a liar.

I'm not a rich sympathizer. I just don't like lazy negroes. It is their fault for being poor...blacks are genetically inclined towards criminal behavior and laziness. There is trillions of dollars in oil and mineral wealth in Africa. You know what happens to it? Most of it is taken by authoritarian governments and used to enrich members of certain groups, the rest is used by tribal warlords to buy weapons so they can keep their countries in poverty until they take power by force. That's the African way. Stop blaming "whitey" for the negro's genetic shortcomings.

Obama is no Jimmy Carter.  The problem with Jimmy Carter was that he surrounded himself with the same people when he was Governor in Georgia.  Shiiit, even California didn't vote for Carter.

Listen, I don't have the time to argue with a brainwashed McCain supporter. You sound like you just got back from a Sarah Palin rally. Taking from the harder working folk, and giving it to the do nothing poor. Why does everyone bring that up? Oh Obama wants to take your money, and give it to lazy people. Obama wants to tax people making over 250,000, and give people like YOU, YOU'RE FAMILY/FRIENDS, ME, EVERYONE WE KNOW, and give US a TAX CUT. Does a billionaire work harder then I do? Does a CEO work harder then a farmer? This has nothing to do with taking money from the hard working folk and giving it to the poor. It's a black man, wanting to give you, and everyone you know, more tax cuts. And yet, you complain.

Look up Socialism in a dictionary, or wikipedia, and educate yourself. If you love McCain and Palin so much, go vote for them. The fact is Obama and Biden are the more intelligent, and educated ticket. If Bush showed us anything, we need smart people running the show. I don't need a history lesson from a teenager that read a bunch of shit on the internet. Go to college or something, then we'll talk.

The oil cartels is a terrible example. Not only could they never cut the US off, the poor you're referring to is 95% of the people in the country. The rich won't leave the country because of a 3% increase in income tax. Fuck the rich. If their making millions, they'll fire you. If their getting taxed more, they'll still fire you. The rich don't care about America, you, or anything or anyone, but money. Look at Bush's economic plan. The rich have been getting tax cuts for the last 8 years, and look at the economy! It has nothing to do with tax cuts. The rich will do whatever they want, whether they get a tax cut or not.

It has nothing to do with whitey. I said "the rich". The reason Africa is so poor is, the rich keeping it all for themselves. That's the problem in every 3rd world country. Every one has the super rich, and the rest are poor.

You know absolutely nothing about me. I am neither a teenager or am I uneducated. And you certainly know nothing about who I'm voting for. You keep trying to make this about me, but it's not. The last I had heard, Joe Biden said $150K makes you rich. But I'm willing to let that slide. Perhaps it was a slip of the tongue. Of course, Barney Frank damn near guaranteed my taxes will be going up. Honestly though, I'm not too concerned about a tax increase that Obama WILL be giving me. All we are promised in life is death and taxes. What I am more concerned about is all of the lazy, moronic people Obama will be giving tax cuts to along with more welfare. What's with everyone always pointing out Obama is black? Thanks for the reminder. He's still a politician and they are all the same.

A billionaire doesn't need to work harder than you. He's already made his money. It's what he does with his money that is important, not what he isn't doing. If he's not out creating jobs by spending capitol for whatever the fuck he's trying to do, then where the hell are we supposed to get jobs? Do we pull them out of our asses? Let's say we go by what you think and Obama does really give 95% of the nation tax cuts. It'll be super sweet when GM and Chrysler start shutting down plants creating more dangerous ghettos like Detroit and Flint. The government can then look at all of the money they could have had if people had jobs. A CEO may not work harder than a farmer, but I have no idea where you got it in your head that farmers don't make any money. Farmers are PAID. You are talking to a guy not but an hour from a farm in one direction and the capitol and fortune 500 companies in the other. I know all about farmers and the politics therein. They get subsidies all day and all night, not to mention the profits from the rise in food prices.

Seriously, read up on Jimmy Carter. You obviously don't know much about him. I'm sure you'd be the first guy to bash Reagan though. Reagan was a financial expert. He literally saved this country from depression caused by Jimmy Carter that was going to be much worse than the one in the '30s. Check the policies if you don't believe me, but Obama and Carter are one in the same. It's history about it repeat itself. The American economy is based on hustle. If you have it, you'll make money. I work hard for my paycheck and I'll be damned if my money is going to pay for the bullshit po' folk waste their money on, like drugs or outings to the casino rather than sustenance or basic living needs. I know many of them. That shit happens all the time. Sure, I think it's fucked up I haven't had a vacation in over 5 years while some trust fund baby lives without a care in the world, but that's life and I was always taught life isn't fair. A basketball player tears a ligament and is out for the season. Oops, life isn't fair. The dinosaurs died out in the blink of an eye. Oops, life isn't fair. Some guy walking merrily down the street gets hit by a bus. Oops, life isn't fair. If people really care, they will donate. As I said above, we do live in the most generous nation in the world. The government shouldn't be there with a bandaid if you fall and scrape your knee.

Don't you see why that's not necessarily a good thing at all? It's the principle as the prisoner's dilemma (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prisoner%27s_dilemma). But you...first you denounce capitalism for its assumed mindless greed, and then you welcome the greed of the masses for legalized theft. How hypocritical is that?

It has nothing to do with whitey. I said "the rich". The reason Africa is so poor is, the rich keeping it all for themselves. That's the problem in every 3rd world country. Every one has the super rich, and the rest are poor.

They become rich by taking over the shit through armed uprisings. All the armed groups in Africa are like that; they fight for control of the country's resources so that they can use it to enrich themselves. When you say "the rich", what you don't understand is that there is a high level of fluidity between the rich in Africa, depending on who gets the armaments to control one area or another. So there is no point distinguishing between "rich" and "poor" in Africa; it's just blacks doing what they do best - acting selfish.

Why is there always an assumption made that a millionaire or billionaire worked hard to earn his/her money and someone poor is lazy?  These are just extreme sides of the situation.  There are people out there who were also born into wealth just as there people who work hard and is still poor.

There are plenty of people in this world that would rather sit on their asses and ask for a handout then actually attain gainful employment. A good number of them are Generation Y young adults. There is nothing extreme about the corrilation between lazy and poor. I am willing to be you there are far more lazy and poor people than those who are born into money. And it's not on you or me to criticize those who have money just because we don't, regardless if they earned it themselves or not.

It's probably split into 3 groups: lazy, mental and physically ill, and unfortunate people.  Just because the first group is the one that's getting all the coverage, doesn't mean that the others should be left to get fucked.  I'm no Obama supporter, but god damn people are acting like if all your taxes is going to go straight to the lazy people.  That's a huge misconception. The country still has to pay for this fucking stupid occupation in Iraq but hey fuck taxes, it's all good to have loans from other countries that come with interest. It just sounds better than taxes.

Those who are not lazy but still can't pay their bills, that is who welfare is supposed to be for. I have no problem for people asking for money so they can improve their financial standing. But the fact of the matter is, there is a whole slew of people, much more than the other two catagories you listed, who would rather take their government checks and wastefully spend it. And it only gets worse because they think they are entitled to MY money.

For example, there is this woman I know. She doesn't work because apparently she has seizures, so she collects disability. For the 10 years I have known her, I have never heard of or seen her actually having a seizure. Yet, she is still able to drive a vehicle where ever she wants, usually to buy drugs. Then, she has baby after baby with different guys so she can collect child support and welfare. That's three different ways she is getting paid, yet frequently, she asks her daughter's boyfriend for money to pay her bills. Where is the fairness in that? Does she really need any more money especially when it's not being used for what it's intended? That defines the majority of people on welfare. They are just out to get free money. Where is the incentive to live financially independent, which is what we should be striving for?

That's why you need a stricter form of regulation when it comes to deciding on who gets support or not.  My mother has epileptic seizures, and she's not allowed to drive.  So maybe that lady doesn't even have that big of a seizure problem...i don't know.
