i had one of those about a couple of weeks ago. shit sux, you can't concentrate, your mind feels like mashed potatoes, and you can't shit right, you got to think just to breath, and then you finally black out.

Yeah for sure hes having axniey atacksa and being paranoid. Hes gonna have to quit smoking so much weed. He will go thru withdrawl and he should be fine in a few months.
