any one know of a song  i think its called back in the day. its like a early 90s song hella old school

Never knew there was a remix.  Thanks :)  Now there are a few songs I need help finding.  Even amazon & rhapsody don't even have some of these.

there are others but can't think of them right now.  Too busy.

And I don't know the name to this song, but some of what's said in it.  Early 90's west coast classic.  Sounds like 'with the rhythm it takes to get through' and another line 'do you hang with the red or you hang with the blue?'  Its the hook to the song.
