Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it might be in use by another program, or it might not be functioning properly.

You need to find the right driver for your sound card probably. Have you just formatted?

and i do that by?

i dont know much on the technical side of computers..

Find out the computer model you've got then type that and drivers in google unless you've got a an upgraded sound card, you do the same for that. Something should come up as thats exactly what I did. Make sure you save the file.  ;D
