Nah, can't you people hear what he said "this that shit Premo was talking about". For those that don't remember about a month ago Premo had an interview where he said 50 rejected a beat for his album. My guess is that 50 decided to freestyle over the beat, just to give people the taste of what the track sounds like. Because 1 verse and shit talking at the end= 50's freestyle.
This shit is hot though, this is what 50 was missing. He's not some super lyrical genius but when he's hungry his flow and delivery are so unique. And if he rejected this beat, he better have some serious heat on the album, Premo said he added scratches from Guess Who's Back mixtape intro.

There is no full version. 50 just looped the beat and freestyled over it. NYGz used the beat instead and probably did a better job with it.
