Shouldn't he be working on Detox rather than doing cameos? Oh that's right, it's never coming out.

Man, Dre don't need this due too make him no beats for Detox. We want a Dre album cause he produces it. I sure he would re-touch Just Blaze's beat, but if it's just Blaze doing a beat for Dre I don't even wanna hear it.

Remember this?

Just and Dre could come up with this epic orchestra production. Something like "Been Through The Storm" mixed with "2nd Coming".

i think there's no way you can be so sure of that.
i mean i think the album isn't coming any time soon, but to say that it's never dropping goes quite far.
Dre could be seeking for professional help in the future, you know
-
Detox coming soon 2017!!!!!
-
haha
Detox coming soon 2017!!!!!
-
Between Dre and Crooked I, they have 22 years experience of not releasing shit.

Dre may take years, but he's still producing for others :)

You're right, I don't know. But I can make an educated guess.

Dre doesn't produce for anyone I listen to anymore, so I wouldn't know. From all of the talk on here, I've heard his beats have been fairly mediocre for the past couple of years. The last song I heard Dre produced was the song on Hip Hop Is Dead and I was not impressed.

haha
Detox coming soon 2017!!!!!
thats really not funny. those type of comments r really lame :nawty: :loser: :loco: :sun:

Fuck detox. ::)

No I don't.
Kam = not my style
Jay-Z = garbage
Bishop = garbage
Busta = garbage for the past 5 years
Buck = not as garbage since he left G-Unit, but I can find better

lol, no wonder you missed a lot of Dre productions from the last few years
so now that i know a bit more of your music taste, how can you even take an educated guess on Detox' faith?
-
dont ya'll know by now that dre gets other peoples to do his beats, and puts his name on it

Because I know how Dre works. The artists he produces for may have changed, but the way he does shit has pretty much been the same for his entire 25+ year career.
In regards to my taste in music, it's not just those artists you named that I don't like. Hip hop has been going downhill since Master P started selling millions of records. I only anticipate 1-2 albums a year. The rest might as well be drink coasters as far as I'm concerned, and sadly, that includes albums from rappers that are regularly regarded as legends.

so the fact that you know that Dre is a perfectionist means that you're able to do an educated guess?
i'm not questioning your knowledge, but i'm just wondering how it's possible.
i mean let's not forget that after all these years, very little is known about Detox.
i can't deny that there's a chance that Detox will never drop.
but i don't think that any outsider is able to state that the chances are high that it never drops.
-
KAM>>>BUSTA, SNOOP, WARZONE, DUBB UNION, KURUPT,JAY-Z, DAZ AND MANY MORE
IF KAM ISNT ON DRETOX, THAT ALBUM WILL BE A IMCOMPLETE MASTERPIECE!!!

There is a fine line between perfectionism and procrastination. Making tons of beats then scraping them all is the easy way out. Dre does that all the time.
There are many other reasons, including the fact that no one buys albums anymore and the economy is fucked, but I think it's just best if we just agree to disagree.

i like discussions, so i have no problem with it ;)
maybe none of us will convince the other, but that won't hurt the discussion right?
unless you're getting tired of it off course.
anyway, Dre said in 2004 that he didn't want to do Detox any more and he felt that a huge weights fell of his shoulders.
he changed his mind later, so that shows to me how dedicated he is.
as far as your other 2 arguments: if Dre feels this way, then he will be pleased by the popularity of crack a bottle.

Nothing against your or the conversation, I just don't come on here as often as I used to. It might be another week before I can visit this thread again and I feel the point would be moot by then.
