What's the big deal?  All the bitch wants is to give these home owners a few more days until the stimulus plan comes through so that they will keep the house.  This douchebag is using the Constitution's definition of a right and just doesn't want to listen to her usage of the word, "right"  All she is referring to is have the decency no not kick people out when clearly help is on the way.  It's all semantics about the word "right".
