gotta love these. 8)

Llyod is a great lyricist, but i think he tries to fit in with G-Unit & doesnt sound good on albums and shit.

but his basically "unheard" stuff (mixtapes, features on mixtapes, etc.) are so beast; he's just one of those rappers who dont bring it like that on the album. :-\

i have to admit, he has brought "it" before on an album, his first album.

that was some great shit, i dont even think that album had any fillers; just Banks spitting hard track after track. 8)

I digged that Rotten Apple album. More of a dark, gritty NY sound to it then the 1st one. Still like the 1st one a lil more but Rotten Apple was dope as fuck also to me.

Rotten Apple is unnecessarily hated on, but i feel that there are some fillers on Rotten Apple.

NY, NY was a grimey track, probably my favorite off of that. 8)

Oh my beats wise it was a polar opposite from his 1st but it had that grimey NY feeling to it that you just don't get too much anymore from the East. That is one thing that has been missing from G-Unit lately is great beats.

Banks is a BILLION times the lyricist Game is, so as a rapper; yeah Banks takes that in a landslide.

but Game has two near classics under his belt & can make an overall song better than Banks.

the best Game songs are much better than the best Banks songs; but the best Banks verses are much better than the best Game verses.

I just downloaded his newest mixtape, gonna listen it soon. And oh yeah, Banks is lyrically better than Game but as a complete artist/songwriter Game is better.

Btw, it's nice to see that Banks working with these new west coast artists like Nipsey & Jay Rock

Although hands up says eminem production I was reading the interview of the guy who "co-produced" it and he said he had done the beat and then em came in and added little touches to it here and there and then his named gets the credit because he's em.hmmmmmmmmmmmmm I wonder where eminem learned to do that?lol.            And yes I loved rotten apple I thought it was better then his first album I listen to it every couple months.the album had a nice cohesive feel to it where as hunger for more felt like random songs thrown together.get clapped and you know the deal are my favorite tracks off the album.

it was fire & hard, but it was like grimey too; it was a sick beat & he even had his own little signature sound to it (because lets face it, 70% of Eminem's beats sound the same in some manner :P); this one had that sound but such a different mix, i loved it. 8)

Banks has been consistent throughout his entire career.

I don't understand how people say they dig his flow on Hunger for More more then his recent material.  I can't hear how it's any better.  I prefer his new vocals.  It was probably all the weed and touring that changed it.

Rotten Apple is mad slept on.  IceMan is a hella dope joint.

The majority of his material on the PLK series has been fiyah.

His next album better be classic.  Hopefully, he'll bring the complete package.

co-sign all the way. 8)

Hunger For More had great songs on it, not even just his flow and lyrics.

some songs had some real meaning to it & it was hot.

easily the best thing in G-Unit post GRODT. ;D 8)

Banks the best in G-Unit, always been and always will be. Lyrically he is a beast, i always liked his first album, the second one had some dope songs in it too ("You Know The Deal", "Hands Up", "Stranger", "Addicted" and a some others) Why wasn't "My House" and "Without My Glock" on the second album ? Both songs are dope.
