Snoop can't do the stuff he did in the past now. Lifestyles change, like it or not. Besides, Long Beach ain't the place to be. Still a bunch of crime there. Everyone's 1 wish is to be in the suburbs & possibly have a family in a good neighborhood. And he's tryna do something to keep the kids out of the street & gang life. Although it would be great if people can succeed greatly without sports altogether.
