just an inside tip....lime/lemon juice, hot sauce, and a good beer
the acids from the lime and lemon help break down the food more , the hot sauce (from what i'm told) sends signals to the brain to lubricate the walls of your stomach and bowels more, and the beer i guess nuetralises every thing.
good be an old wife's tale, but i just instinctively do that whenever i'm eating something like that and my poop comes out like i just ate a whole box of mixed Mini wheats and Raisan bran.
