Well they've been recording all week at Premo's studio, so it's anyone's guess. Joe also mentioned on Twitter that he had a long 2-hour conversation with Premo in the studio talking hip hop (old school, new school, etc) saying "damn, the game done changed."

If this is less then anything then a fantastic album I will be disappointed.
-
Damn thats some dope news!!! Khalil and Alchemist :D

what was his last album?
-
They're probably putting Slaughterhouse before their solo projects to create a buzz for each other with fans that don't normally listen to them.
-
massive anticipation for this! even if it was just an album full of tracks like they been dropping so far (which it wont be cause the production will be much better) we are in for a real TREAT. i wouldn't be worried about it sounding 'rushed', these dudes won't be putting out no wack shit.
most of the best hip-hop projects don't take an absolute age to make either. this will be freshness 8)

what was his last album?
Independent's Day.
Street Hop always has had a July release date for a long time, with only talk of a push-back to August...
Saw the single for Free Agent, no video, no release date?
Boss was announced a free album (Scrapping the project) and a few songs "leaked", and nothing else after that?
Looks like they wanna push S.H. first.

i do not have that one

I don't know,
A lot of folks on the message boards are checkin for Slaughter house hard, but in the streets, at least on the West, most folks have no idea who that is....
based on the quality of the artists in the group (all accept Budden, cause I haven't really heard much from him that I liked) I think the album will be dope, and unlike some of you, I HOPE these guys don't get caught up in the cliche of having to have classic producers on the album in order for it to be percieved as a classic.... I hope they are working with all new and upcomming producers who will give them an "ear-to-the-streets" sound..... Crooked I already has a great repour with Komplex, I would like to see him do most of the production....
-
nice! can't wait for this, within one and a half month, crazy!
-
i do not have that one
dont worry independance day wasnt very good.
-
the only album who lived up to Royce potential , shit is dark and very cohesive ... rest of all his albums are average

I think u'd be surprised. Since February I've taken trips to LA, Frisco, n Sacramento n heard a good amount of cats bumpin their shit. I'm surprised at how many people even knoe who they are in my city.
-
Def lookin forward to this album. I like the way they are approaching making music and I hope more acts follow their lead.

IMO, "Death is Certain" is a great album. To me, it's the best one he's put out, so far. There's not hardly any tracks on that one that I skip when I listen to it. I thought "Indepent's Day" was pretty good. Definitely better than "Rock City," but not on the level of "Death is Certain."

I was thinking, the news of the "Slaughterhouse" album's release is great and all, but shouldn't they be dropping a single for it soon? I mean, considering the album is just a little over a month away, you would think they'd have a single out soon to help promote it.
