It's hard to call somethin like this cause everyone has their own opinions, especially since not everyone is looiking for the same thing in music...
But, as far as longevity and relevance... I'd have to give it to Bone.... they've been around for over 10 years, and they are still all together (well, they're back together) and they are still making music.... infact, Bone's got some rather... "interesting" projects comming later this year, possibly the K-Fed project as well....

gotta be the Wu. NWA had some banging songs but the Wu had better lyricism and brought the east back (as nwa helped put the west on the map). Cypress Hill would have been up there imo. Their first three albums are 8)

loved some mobb deep way back in the day but both havoc and prodigy are SLIGHTLY ABOVE average rappers....but Havoc is a grreat producer and htey made some classics with Nas
