Was this ever released?

I listened to College Dropout the other day and remembered how much I really liked it when it first came out.  Only songs that held it back from being a perfect album were New Workout Plan (original concept but too techno-ish and cheezy for my tastes) and Breathe In Breathe Out (horn riff gets on my nerves)

I like them 2 tracks. I disliked this and All Falls Down. The only 2 I skip.
