i saw this place on some food channel called "Phillipes - French Dipped Sandwiches", in downtown LA.
looked insanely good; anyone ever have it?

na, it's called Man Vs. Food; this guy goes to like small local places & takes on eating challenges & shit; eats the best food.
but he goes from place to place in the town first & stopped there, i was like OHH SHIT, i bet the Dubcc homies from LA eaten there.

HA I actually caught that shit on Travel Channel the other day. I'ma check it out next time I'm in the area and in desperate need to shorten my life.

pretty damn good,some overhype it but it is a must stop if in the area. that mustard is no joke,the horseradish had me tearing up the first time i went.

i read aboot that place a couple of weeks ago. its suppose to be awesome. Coffee for 50c. and something with hay on the floors. it got that whole 1950s vibe. ill search for the article when im back home.

Sounds awesome but if it just caught national attention there's a strong chance this place is gonna be overrun with people and the quality will decline.

It's alright, IMO - a Waay Better Sandwich Shop Is Eastside Deli About 2 blocks down, I used to eat there every thursday for lunch.
