He's making them look bad by demanding he do all the mixing and he does a shit job at it. That leaves us, the fans, with shitty sounding tracks. Even if they take the songs to Brian Big Bass Gardner for mastering, the best mastering job in the world can never make up for a shitty mix job.

Great points. There have already been complaints about "The Lost Session" snippet quality. Do people really want the entire box set messed up. Maybe it's too late for that project too?

Well, I give credit to Daz and Macshawn for trying to reach some kind of agreement with Wideawake. But here, they're not really saying anything different on this video than what was on the first video, with one exception. This time, Daz does kind of diss Wideawake's first two projects. I don't know that that was really a very good idea. Also, I have to disagree with Daz on "The Lost Sessions." I think he underestimates the value of these unreleased tracks. The fact is, there are a lot fans that really do want to hear the old music. I'd say there are a lot of fans who are more interested in the old, unreleased music like "The Lost Sessions" than they are the new music that these same artists are putting out. I don't know if it's necessarily the majority of fans, but there is a large number of fans who want to hear this material.
As far as John Payne's involvement at Wideawake, I can't really say much. I don't really have a good ear for remastering and mixing. There are a lot of people though, who have said that he did a poor job mixing and mastering the bonus tracks on "Chronic: Re-Lit." And that's probably true, because Lara Lavi seems to have moved John Payne off of handling the remastering chores and hired others to do it. That's fine with me. I say get the best person for the job. But on the other hand, what then is John Payne doing at the label? Is he still Vice President? I mean, if there's a good reason to keep him at the label, fine. But otherwise, maybe he should be let go.

I'm not a hater. I buy their product and praise their good work, in addition criticizing their cringing tantrums, and poor work. I cut it down the middle and comment depending on how they portray themselves and their music at any given time. I don't jump on their nuts. You obviously have no idea to what a hater actually is. I must have touched a nerve by speaking disapprovingly on your favorite artists, especially if you've taken, or better yet "wasted" your time to stalk and recite all the posts I've made to try and have some fire power to reply with. Daz didn't get $25 Million. The suit was for $25.5, but I think Suge managed to escape this by claiming fault on his legal team. It was all down to breach of contract which was around $800,000, so there's a big difference between the 2 figures

The first disc, although like hobomotel stated - the 2nd disc has the track 'Just Another Day'.. Slept on album, and one I myself am guilty for forgetting about. I can remember this being the first cause to collect rather than buy. Anyone remember Ghetto Preacher? It was G Funk Classics vol.1 with a different cover, then Prodical Son came out with the newer stuff after it. People would wind up with 3 discs of the same material lol but in the end G Funk Classics Vol.1 & 2 cover kills any other I've seen

What rumors have I believed? Gangstaville forums wasn't private, in fact there was very few on there involved in high end private purchases, and yes there was one purchase involving Death Row material using the name Jermaine and it wasn't just "1" person, and as I said on earlier posts, that brief sale may have clouded my judgment and memory on a different Jermaine who purchased Mak/Dilly, but that separate private sale was long after consisting of different material, and buying groups are typically undesirable for obvious reasons, and that the Mak/Dilly incident of people radical enough to pay that sum of money may have been the reason that name was used.
What exactly are you trying to achieve? You want a pat on the back, and be told that Daz is cool? You can call me a hater or whatever other term you want to use, but for a guy who's almost 40 years old to parade around in front of his computer, trying his hardest to act "cool", and insult his own fan base for quite rightfully being upset about being ripped off in the past from him is totally unacceptable, and people on here can defend him and d!ckride him all they want. Just because he posts here, doesn't mean people are going to bow down and give him some curtsy inferior salute to him
What's next? You've taken some amount of time. You want to do google searches next? That's usually the next route of action from someone who 'modifies' posts to ensure they're perfect as can be in their eyes before logging off, then afterwards uses schoolboy name calling as a quick desperation response, then struggle to reply after multiple quotes, it's then down to searching forums, and google alike for long lengths of time for ANYTHING they can use to try and weaken some argument, when in actual fact it's no argument. They're a common assistance enhancement tool for healthy progression and not something that is dependant like Daz's old crack pipe. I'm sure you've touched things such as cannabis at least, which are far worse for you as proven through clinical research, and well done on getting my first name correct after a lengthy period of obsessed stalking. Maybe after another few hours you can dig deeper and pull up details of how I was dressed in a chicken outfit for a charity event? Or a pic of me passed out with pen over me? You've done the ebay item list search, you've done the google searches, the forum searches, the pic and profile exploring, and even went as sad to check an Amazon wish list. Anything else? I know exactly how it went, but Daz being an independent artist pushing his material on a lower level should be held accountable, as would any person in his position regardless of who ran his site. Exclusive reimbursement would not erase the principle, but it'd be an appropriate substitute and common decency towads 'his' own fans, to compensate them for their loss on his official product. Daz permitted Kronik to run the site, and handle the PayPal did he not? Then he should take some responsibility. Instead he ignores any questions on the matter, and is surprised why a lot of people have doubts as to whether or not to have confidence in him, even if it were to be something that was outwith his control. Eg: His bank account is hacked into, The CD pressing company goes into administration or whatever, it's possible that it'd be the same scenario all over again
