damn its crazy what a world we live in
i know we got the starvin people, the diseases all the problems but people that are born wit the least problems or less serious need to be thankful, grateful and glad
i was readin something bout this woman who was born wit half a brain
but she still tryin to live and make it thru this world
she obviously doesnt walk, see, hear etc...the same but she still tryna make it
its a fucked up world
I STILL ASK WHY DID GOD OR THE CREATOR MAKE/FORM PEOPLE LIKE THIS?
WHY NOT JUS KILL EM SO THEY DONT HAVE TO GO THRU THIS?

i may just be trippin but i think shit like this happens because of how fucked up people are in the head. all the negativity people project on each other, people living unhealthy/thinking unhealthy and whatnot may have something to do with this kind of shit happening.
whatever the reasons are all i know is i'm glad i wasn't born fucked up.

yeah i think it happens for a reason. maybe seeing how fucked some people's lives are can make normal people appreciate their own lives a lot more. sounds messed up but people are stupid like that. we forget and need to be reminded time & time again why we should be thankful, even if things aren't going well.
it's either that or somebody's doing some experiments on people lol

sounds like its a 2 way road here IMO (not a good one either)
1.people are un-grateful for what they have/dont have (not grateful for jus gettin by)
2.people are born wit some of the worst or any condition where everyday life can be mizerable

yeah i'd say death is easier for most of them, not all. some people have an incredibly strong will to live no matter what.
and why do normal livin people need to see how "non-normal" livin people are livin or what they goin thru to appreciate what they have or dont have?
well they don't need to see it but it can definitely make a difference because like i said, people forget and seeing someone born with half a brain or some horrible disease can make your own problems seem pretty damn small.
i mean hell who knows. it could be a constant reminder that we as a human race have still got a lot of work to do.

was he created wit a disease for him to create everyone else followin him (or them if it were a group) with all the problems in the world

Well if you ask me, being someone that does believe in god, we were given free will which then accounts for how poverty can set in, i.e. from the actions of those who can take land, restrict access to food etc. Therefore, the second question, when it comes to deformities which have not resulted from perhaps a genetic problem in the mum or dad, or a health problem they have which has been caused by their environment, then chance always place a part. Nothing is flawless, we all have our failures, however in the conception of life, things can happen. As for killing them, no one has the moral authority to deem who should and shouldn't be killed. On what parameters do you judge this? if the person is a complete vegetable then it must be difficult for the parents no doubt, but it's still their child. However by the same token if they are a complete vegetable, then they are not suffering anyway since they will be not have any conscious awareness of their surroundings or themselves anyway. However I am not going to pretend I know all the answers, this is just my opinion.

Whether there's a creator or not is not really important here. Like virtuoso said who are we to decide who to live or die? I can imagine people who don't want to live anymore, but then, that's their own descision, not anyone else's. And there are enough examples of people who wanted to die at one point and are happy to live now, so society should support one's death wish only in extreme cases.

I'm very happy to be alive and conscious of the world around me. Having lost people close to me before their time has given me a new value for life.

if you have full body functionality and health, that is more than enough reason to be happy. i think taking that for granted is all too easy at a young age, definitely part of growing up. learning to appreciate and respect your position is a great thing for clarity on the world.

This world seems pretty purposeful.

It ain't even gotta be hell. We may think that. But they maybe don't. Think of a person wit down syndrome. Who will be in a 7 year old mind frame their whole life. 'Normal' people may pity him, 'he'll never be able to have sex, or never be able to live on his own and experience life in general'....yeah, he'll never have to get a job, or pay bills, or understand a stress level. He'll have that innocent child-like lifestyle his entire time on Earth.
Like the kids at St. Jude's Children Hospital. They may have cancer and live in a hospital the rest of their shortened life but look all the love, attention, gifts and support from society and family they get. You know?
