I had this friend growin up (we were like 8) whos sister convinced him that bein retarded was contagious. One day we were sittin on the stairs in front of his place and this retarded girl who lived in the same complex as us asked him if she could have some of his cereal (he was eatin cereal out of a ziplock bag). I remember in high school, there was a retarded kid known as "needles", lol i have no idea how he got that nickname but it really fit him.. if you made a fart noise with your mouth he would become enraged and attack you.
Also, a friend of mine back in like middle school had a severely retarded vegetable brother named "Zeb" (jesus what is up with retarded kids having crazy names lol). I couldn't understand a fuckin word the dude said, but he would start having fits and shouting "fuck" and various other cuss words. It was fucking HILARIOUS...the worst shit is when he would do it and my friends whole family would be in the room and they'd completely ignore it like it didn't happen, and I'd be tryin so damn hard not to laugh.
