The day has arrived that we can present "The Pre-Substance" by No One (Noni Spitz & Dae One) available for your audible enjoyment.
Dae One, the producer extraordinaire, who has worked with Bishop Lamont, Xzibit, Kurupt & Snoop Dogg has teamed up with Noni Spitz who has worked with such artists as Taje, Sir Jinx, Terrace Martin & Bad Lucc for a 17-track mixtape.
Featured on this project you will find Taje, Geo Brown, Mitchy Slick and more with production by Black Milk, THX, Willie B & JRK. This mixtape is mixed DJ Spintelect and serves as the prequel to their upcoming album, The Substance scheduled for release at the top of 2010.

yeah! I agree Noni throws it down hard on alot of these tracks, it's a much needed refreshment imo, Dae One even spits a few verses here & there I like his voice, he has a good flow I think he should rap more on his own beats, like Focus... some people don't dig it as much but I think it's DOPE! 8)
the whole whole DJ blending is kinda nice actually definitely doesn't ruin the experience of the songs like on some intrusive DJ SKEE incessant, annoyance bullshit, other than all that the sound QUALITY is hands down the BEST I've ever heard for a mere "mix-tape"! can't wait till the real Substance drops next year...
are they on their own indie label? or are they gonna have a deal w/ a major outlet? I'm assuming 'The Substance' will be available for purchase in Hard-copy CD format? I would gladly pay for a CD-version of The Pre_Substance but with the FLAC download you can make you own CD's to bump in da whip! 8)
