daz did mention its like a mixtape, in the sense that they're tracks compiled together that didnt get included in the 100 wayz album which is comin out through snoop on priority records. that doesnt mean that they aint dope tracks. it'll most probably be better than the 100 wayz album, as that will be more commercial sounding, while this upcoming LP will be more westcoast street shyt.

I'm a big fan of dat nigga daz but he don't seem to know what day it is half the time, each release is getting poorer than the last and the quality just isn't as good as it used to be, he needs dre more than snoop does. We never see 80% of what he says..

I wouldn't use the word wack but his releases since the death row era consist of 2/3 bangers and the rest just are always just album fillers....daz used to make some real quality beats but dre would know how to mix them to get the most out of them, i hear so many daz productions that could be heaters with a little dre mixing...i think daz may have run out of subjects to speak on as well beacuse its always the same subject matter with him..

the song "fire" was supposed to be on the first tracklisting of 100 wayz, which was long before the "that was then this is now" album was announced to be made. it's produced by pete rock.
dont understand why daz didnt throw the "blessin" song produced by hi-tek on this "keep on ridin" mixtape, since its only 12 tracks deep, unless he's puttin it on the 100 wayz album..... i dont know how many times people have asked daz for the song untagged in cdq, but he doesnt use the track, or put it on itunes, or atleast put it up for free download on his website...
