Doggystyle is my all time most favorite album. and the only album of Snoop's I felt. and it's not all because of his lyrical ability. His flow and delivery marked with the Dre production puts this over on me. I bet there isn't one punchline on Doggystyle..
If you are trying to compare these two rappers, the "pop rapper" would be Snoop, in terms of lyricaly ability (that's how I rate most emcees). Sorry but one album isn't enough to put him above Budden when Joe has released consistent underground heat his whole career.
