As far as uniqueness, 40 water has to take it, possibly also keak. Some rappers clearly shouldn't be on that list. Nipsey Hussle, Daz, Big Syke, MURS, Snoop for example. Was going to say Too Short as well but come to think of it I don't think anyone was spitting nasty sex raps before him. But Snoop basically jacked his flow from Slick Rick and his style from George Clinton, the Gap band, E-40, Too Short, damn who has snoop not jacked something from?

Eazy had a unique VOICE but that is it. His rhymes were written by other people and he had a very basic flow that others had to teach him. Daz? lol. Same generic lyrics as everyone else.

Damn there's a lot to choose from! I'm surprised 2Pac wasn't listed but I wouldn't have voted for him anyway. I went with Snoop because to me he's the most unique in terms of voice and flow. There is no one like him in the rap game and he's immediately recognisable to hardcore, casual and non hip-hop fans alike.
You could also make a case fo RBX because he has a unique way of rapping too.
