He's NOT a good producer. It's impressive to say the least, but it dosen't mean it's good music. He should just let the track go and go easy on the open hi hat. Very annoying at times.

To go back to the subject: it sounds like some fucked up unpolished drum & base... i can't get jiggy with it.
Khalil is one of my favorite producers but sometimes the shit he makes all sounds the same and fucked up too.
