the only thing is I don't think Proof was signed to Shady as a solo artist so it would require buying out his old songs i think

Yeah that's one of the fucked up things I think Em did not releasing any of their solo albums on Shady. Em could afford to buy the tracks and they should give some of the profits to Proof's family.
